Yes the love for Milner yet the dislike for Young baffles me. Young was better player at Villa. Maybe Milner had one really good season for us for Young gave us several.

I have always been a fan of Martinez from his Swansea days.

There is also an argument that as the series is lost now is actually a very good time to quit because the replacements can be seen in a tough test match to see what they can do Maybe. Treadwell is crap. 17 wickets at 57 last season. Scott Borthwick is quite a prospect though. Top order batsman as well!

Thats harsh I think his reasons are very honest. He's had his injury problems and hes been struggling for some time and if he can't bowl,a lot of overs at max then hes not a lot of use to England.

i don't think we need to compare Wilshere with Barkley. We have two players who will play cm for England for quite a few years.

Yes thats the one. The one he was pushed into the hoardings. At least i think it was unless there was another challenge that she missed.

Apparantly his legs are in quite a bad state after that challenge which Miss Massey thought was acceptable.

Yes Martinez was fortunate to secure the loan signings he did right before the deadline. I think he's a very good tactician though!

Hope he doesn't pick Sylla. All he offers is his physical presense, I would rather see Gardner in that midfield. Maybe Luna will come in for Herd or Baker, KEA to replace the suspended Westwood and Gabby to replace Tonev. 4-4-2 0r 4-4-1-1 -
I don't think so. What were people's expectations this season? We are about where we expected to be and we can't afford to have key players like Vlaar, Benteke and Gabby out at the same time. We need a win against Palace to get us back on track.

Never could understand why they were popular actually. Can't say any group i used to like but dislike now but there's a number i won't listen to anymore. For instance Pink Floyd.

I can't disagree that he isn't good enough for our football club but who else could he have brought on today. Was bacuna any better when he came on?

Its not what Lambert thought. Lambert is backed into a corner, he can't publicly criticise young players it will destroy them but probably should give them a kick up the ass in private. Yes but he specifically said Weimann was excellent along with Kozak so not sure its a case of him being backed into a corner.

Yes i thought he was probably our best defender today. I can't be critical of Herd coming in and doing a job a cb.

Baker was at fault for the first goal wasn't he. Overall the defence did well today but one mistake and a handball cost us.

If we stay up this season we will have to look at that again in the summer.

I did he did a remarkable job keeping us up last season. i don't think anybody could do better but they could do worse.
