  1. My mate still thinks they will get 4th still. He's massivly biased though and thought they would get it even without Mata. Can't see them gaining 11 points on Liverpool
  2. I thought he was outstanding second half. He just ran the show.. Guess we all see things differently though!
  3. So Turner now decides how "small time" Villa are? .........we are slowly, but surely inviting it. Doesn't he just mean that for them to stay up they need to beat the teams around them in the table.
  4. We dominated the second half. Should really have won that! Gave Westwood motm as i thought he controlled the midfield second half.
  5. Lucky to be 0-0 at half time. Benteke and Agbonlahor don't seem to have brought their a game. Bennett hasn't really been in the game has he.
  6. I'm amazed by the line-up. Just hope Lambert has got it right.
  7. Chelsea for me. Liverpool won't win it because of their away form. I want Arsenal to win it but I don't think they have the squad and Ozil hasn't been as good as he should have been and missing Ramsey, imo their best player this season, at this key stage of the season is massive. City ought to win it but i don't think they will!
  8. We are not dire away. We have the exact same record as Liverpool away from home. 4-4-4. Lets hope its 5-4-4 after tonight!
  9. We aren't really that good either. 2-1 Cardiff. If we put in a performance half as good as we did at Anfield we'll win!
  10. He isn't going to leave Weimann out. He was brilliant against Liverpool and West Brom! I think you are probably right but that is what I would do. Weimann was not brilliant against Liverpool he had some great movement for the goal but his general play was mixed at best. I really dont see him as a decent no 10 He was much much better against West Brom - the Andi of old for sure - however he was playing upfront in that one and I've gone for the trusty 4-3-3 in this one. I thought HE was good as a no.10 against Liverpool especially in the first half. Liverpool were unable to cope with him!

  12. Weimann absolutely has to play in this game. We were brilliant at Liverpool with him playing in the no.10 role.
  13. To put things into perspective they are only one point off the lead. Its a must win game for both Arsenal and Man U wednesday. Arsenal have the financial power to buy big in the summer so definately think they will challenge in years to come.
  14. He makes a good case to start the home games but I wouldn't start with him away from home.
  15. how many you knows did Rene Meulensteen say in his interview after the game.

    13 points?

    Cardiff (A) 3pts Newcastle (A) 1pt Norwich (H) 1pt Man City (A) 0pts Chelsea (H) 0pts Stoke (H) 1pt Man U (A) 0 pts Fulham (H) 3 pts Palace (A) 1pt Southampton (H) 0 pts Swansea (A) 1 pt Hull (H) 1 pt Spurs (A) 1 pt I think that's 13
  17. Its the reason he is not in Hodgson's world cup plans. He's so good on the ball but too many basic errors and poor passing spoils him as a player.
  18. yep the only player to come away with any distinction today
  19. at home maybe but away the side that played at Liverpool is the way we should go at Cardiff
  20. We just switched off for a few minutes at the start of the second half. Delph is a good footballer but thats the 2nd time in recent games he has been caught on the ball and it has cost us a goal. We had many chances to get back into the game but unfortunately Benteke had an off day.
