  1. How embarassing was dzeko. Good on the ref for standing his ground.
  2. With Gabby injured he probably will start. Give him the last couple of games to see what he can do.
  3. I would like him to stay also, with that caveat that this season has been largely unacceptable and cannot be repeated. If he's got no more money he needs now to spend bigger on less players. Quality over quantity. Generally speaking when he hasnt spent pennies he's gotten good buys. He can definitely spot a player - and even his cheaper purchases show good promise. I think it's been an unfortunate season in almost every way possible, which, unfortunately, might make his position untenable, but I do think it would be a shame to lose him. Yes I think if we are taken over and we have a larger budget to spend on players I trust Lambert to use it wisely.
  4. I may be one of the few that hope we stick with him.
  5. Five i think.... But great performance when it mattered.
  6. Yep draw at City and wins at Chelsea and Man U outstanding.
  7. Job done. Easiest choice of MOTM all season. Andi Weimann.
  8. Weimann even without the goals has been our stand-out player that half
  9. Wow the Bowery Weimann partnership is working well.
  10. Jordon Ibe came on and made a big difference for them. Not bothered either way myself
  11. How about a 1-3 win at Arsenal, a 4-3 against the baggies, 4-1 win against Norwich, a 3-2 win over Man City, beating the champions league semi finalists one nil at home and a 3-0 defeat of Rotherham in the league cup? Oh and 2-2 away at Anfield. You can handpick fixtures and make this season sound pretty decent. You have convinced me.
  12. People forget how good he was when he was younger. Because he carried on playing until he was 40 then we tend to think what he was like in his latter days.....I wouldn't place him up there with Best, Charlton or Ronaldo but he's in the next category of Man U greats I think.
  13. I really don't understand this notion. Them being in the final is NOT a reason to be optimistic. If anything they will be playing for Wembley places and will be out to impress. If the final was on Wednesday then fair enough but it's in two weeks time! They will be bang up for it on Saturday, make no mistake. I'd take a draw. 1-1 Yes I agree, sometimes the game before players pull out of 50/50 tackles but not two weeks before.

    Jose Mourinho

Hazard, has claimed that the Blues are only set up to counter-attack. He'd be better off playing for Arsenal.

Can't see them winning it now. 4th spot has gone for Everton and are they going to bust a gut for their local rivals.

My point is that they may have dropped points because Suarez was missing but they gained points from Suarez cheating.Big difference. Its nothing to do with "what if" its to do with cheating. Most players are cheats then....Liverpool do get more penalties than other teams because they get in that situation more often than other teams

lol, nah just don't want City to win it....
  18. Benteke and Hernandez would be some front two.
  19. Bit early isn't it we might have a Grant Holt special on saturday that we we need to consider.
  20. A planet where he was asked by a journalist if he'd like to stay beyond his loan? Do you think he called up the Birmingham Mail and said "I'd like you to write about how I want to stay at Villa please"? Fair enough I should have read the whole article. I don't want him to play saturday. He's so slow, just doesn't suit our style of play.

I know but my point is people keep saying what if all the time.... What if Man City didn't have all that oil money? What if Chelsea didn't have the abramovich money? Its just a total hypothetical argument.
