What a magnificent innings from Moeen Ali. Always knew he had the class but not this type of temperment and patience. pity Anderson was out two balls from the end but great test.

I think Chile are more of a one or two man team than Brazil. Brazil have players like fernandinho who don't start. Can't see a Chile win. Neymar is loving being the main man unlike at Barcelona where he wasn't that impressive.

Its down to our bowling today. How many sides have scored 350 in the 4th innings to win a test match! Prasad has been excellent. Also credit to Matthews. Excellent cricketer and much better batsman than he's given credit for.

Yes I have come to the conclusion that it doesn't matter who the manager is its not going to make much difference. We don't have enough quality English players. Lack of choice in the cb position. Few options up front and lack of quality in the centre of midfield. We build up players too quickly in this country. I rate Sterling but he has looked good alongside a world class player in Suarez for his club. Barkley is over-rated at this stage of his career. He is certainly a long way from being the next Gazza. Welbeck just isn't international quality but what choices do we have Lambert ffs. A player of his ability wouldn't get anywhere near the squad in years gone by.

Yes and they will most probably go through as group winners and play Ghana or USA (Portugal) which they should win and then are in the last 8... This there only Belgium stuff is lame because this is the best group of Belgium players ever and they did reach the semis in 86... You're right of course it's a bit lame, but it wasn't all that serious either. Today they were very much like Belgium has always been though. My feeling is that there's been too much talk of Belgium as the surprise team of the tournament. I'd take the other side of that trade. Yes I just think that look the best in the groups usually don't end up winning it...This is such an open tournament its hard to pick a winner. I don't think Belgium will go any further than the semis but I couldn't pick a winner.

I'm not so sure. I think this is what they are. Villaajax has a point, it's Belgium. Too many good players. They have one of the best squads in the competition. So many good players they can bring on to change a game. We seen it in world cups before. Teams that look crap in the groups can improve and do very well. Italy in 82 is a prime example.

Its not how you qualify its just getting through thats inportant. Belgium need to improve and they will.
