No just checked he's signed another one year extension. I don't think theres any danger of losing him to another county but theres is a danger New Zealand will tempt him back into international cricket.

I think he has another 2 years left on his contract but could be wrong. I think New Zealand will want him to play in the world cup in Australia. They'd be mad not to.

Yes I've seen it. Good film but of course its very bleak. Another one I saw recently was Lore, which looks at things from the German peoples perspective after the war was over. Well worth watching.

Still only 5 games played though. They miss Sturridge badly. I certainly don't think they will win the title but top 4 who knows.

Westwoods reputation was pretty good before the match to be fair. To me he's probably the most important player in the team. We no doubt would have lost anyway but it was just too easy for Arsenal once they had scored.

We did well until we conceded the first goal then 3 minutes of capitulation and from then on in, it was a stroll in the park for Arsenal. Sanchez needs games to get up to speed but we can't afford to carry passengers while he does...Delph fighting a lone battle, without Westwood in midfield. I thought Grealish didn't look out of place. He might be a better option than Richardson.

Obviously batting in those conditions was tough but when you look at some of the dismisalls we should have done better. looked like we were making a recovery with Woakes and Chopra but poor shot by Woakes.. Be annoying if Calum Macleod, who is such a nice person btw, scores the bulk of the runs after taking that catch. Around about 2006/7 all the talk at warwickshire was about Woakes and Macleod. Macleod had problems with the leagality of his bowling action and now is just a batsman.

Anything less than top 4 now would be a dissapointment.. Just kidding! Just nice to enjoy being 2nd right now and not think about the future.

Yes Javid will play.... At least Bell not playing doesn't give Dougie a tough choice of dropping either Javid or Evans who have both played their part in getting us to the final. Sad to see Bell isn't fit but he hasn't played in any of the group or knockout games so its kind of fitting you stick with the players that have got us there.

Their big losses against top 4 clubs last season came when Flamini was out and Arteta was in. He played in the 6-3 defeat at Man City and the 3-0 defeat at Everton Anyway my point is that neither Arteta or Flamini are anything to worry about and that we had more to worry about Gerrard last saturday and we dealt with him ok.

He is 75 and probably needs his beauty sleep now.

Why? I don't think Flamini is very good myself. That's quite a swing. With Flamini they have someone who can break up play and give the centre backs cover when the fullbacks push on. Without him they don't have that type of player and can be overrun quite easily on the counter. Watching Arsenal against Man City, they were playing quite well and looked quite solid in midfield. Against Dortmund without him playing they were truly awful. I rate Flamini though, I think he does a really good job which goes unnoticed a lot of the time. They're a much better team with him playing than without. I think he's better than Arteta but he was found out a little bit against the better sides last season I think...Arsenal fans don't rate him on their forums.

They can lobby but they'll never be another referendum in any of our lifetimes.
