  1. Watching the Moyes interview we aren't the type of club he would choose anyway. Can't understand why we gave Lambert such a long-term contract after a couple of wins. Think we are stuck with him no matter what now.
  2. If both teams play like they did this weekend, we'll lose. This is a huge game coming up for Lambert. With us outsiders in the following three as well, we could well be in deep trouble if we don't get a win next week. Yes its an even bigger game for QPR. They will target this as one they have to win.
  3. Lets just hope he doesn't put one over us next week.
  4. He's a journeyman player that wouldn't get in about 16 of the other Premier League sides.
  5. QPR showed a bit of spirit there which has been lacking previously. We'll be in for a tough game next week.
  6. I must be alone in thinking we don't have much quality in our squad. Delph, Benteke and Vlaar are really the only outfield players we have who are good. Some of the others are decent but I doubt whether any top half club would be interested in signing them though.
  7. 3 of the next 4 games look very tough on paper. If we don't win at QPR we could well be in amongst the relegation zone again after those games/
  8. First home win of the season for Everton and they didn't have to do much to win. We are suppose to have improved in the last couple of years, but two years ago we went there and gave them a game and drew 2-2, last season we lost 2-1. So we are getting worse...I didn't mind so much when we had a young side, but now we have bought in experience and the young players are no longer young so theres no excuse for that type of performance.
  9. i think its a smart move to pick Ireland as he'll have a much better chance of playing international football.

Its not the fact he threw two punches its the fact the second punch was while he was lying on the ground. If he had seriously hurt the other player should the penalty have been more severe? I think a doing time or being prosecuted would create a dangerous precedent in sport so I'm not for that.

Sure Rugby is a mans game and punches are thrown all the time but what he did was totally unacceptable and I think is deserving of a lifetime ban. But to be honest I don't care either way because i don't even like the sport.
  12. Yes why is always our best players that get injured.

If Rugby League wants a reputation as a sport for thugs then fine the punishment is appropriate. But you compare what Flowers did with what Suarez did and the penalty FIFA handed out theres no comparison.

Its not absurd, the first punch ok but to hit the chap while he is lying prostate on the floor is deserving of a lifetime ban. You don't even get that in a boxing ring///

I agree a lifetime ban would have been appropriate punishment for what he did.

  19. Not really, its more about what your favs are at this moment in time. The things you liked as a child aren't neccessarily what you like now.
  20. Just sounds like a brummy to me, maybe a hint of irish in there.
  21. If someone with it sneezing over you is it possible to get it that way.
  22. I don't know Wilshere has done more this season than Ozil. I think Wilshere is good and certainly was Englands best player against Estonia and still only 22.
  23. Respect polled 0.1% of the total UK vote in 2010 true they didn't put somebody up in every constituency but until they do so there seems little point giving them national airtime in a National TV debate and Galloway has destroyed that party
  24. Yes walkabout, look both ways - not bad, The reef and black water are two aussie water survival movies i liked.
