Tough to tell what to do with him because he's technically a very nice footballer. So slow and weak though. He could become a decent holding midfielder lower down the leagues.

Subs remains a weak point. Garbage Tim. Proper garbage. The attitude all wrong today, GD could be vital and we're there dicking around kicking the ball the wrong way from a drop ball. Class. He's being stubborn over Gil, and in playing players who literally can't control the ball like Weimann ahead of him, Tim is making himself look every bit the clown Spurs fans still assure us he is. It'll all suddenly become much more real if we're below QPR come Tuesday night.

As long as they give us all the money to buy Messi I don't care. Football is absolutely broken, it's perfectly possibly that we, along with many others, will never win a trophy ever again. And yet we're in semi-final blah wah. Without significant investment to improve club infrastructure and the immediate first team, we're just floating along. I'd enjoy some on-pitch success until football eventually collapses.

Average. Gave the ball away more than he should have but worked hard and tried to get the ball moving around. Will play 90 mins against Italy which will be fun for him.

Imagine if he was at, say, Newcastle and had that record. And was then linked to us! Everyone would hit the the roof. We'd think it laughable he could ever be given the job here. He's got a long journey ahead of him back to the Premier League.

I am on the streak of my life with football and darts betting. If I had any balls to put more than a tenner on bets I'd have won some serious money. Haven't come off badly in a betting day for a month.

Ronaldo is unmanageable at the moment. Behaves like a child. He was a disgrace for Portugal in the WC, and his non-celebration in the Champions League final has ruined his image for me. His game has changed, plays like an old fashion number 9 majority of the time now. Bit of hold up play, then just gets into the area to score. The rest of the time, some quick stepovers and a shot if he receives it a long way out. What an immense machine he is.

Well I have no doubts at all Sherwood is there watching, so glad to see him doing his stuff. His attitude is vital at this time, if he starts stropping he can do one; if he cracks on and shows Sherwood he's been wrong, I think the manager will respect him and happily play him.
