    I agree he is! Makes the whining even more galling. It's like he sits with Alex Bruce going through twitter and being outraged. Always had good support at every match despite underperforming.

    Maybe the return to form of Grealish would be more apt then. The great run we had was the first time he ever used him. In 16/17 Bruce only played Grealish in four full league matches. Four! For the best player in the league who is probably going to be playing Champions League football next season.

    Players can't say anything else when asked a question like that. The classic "how much influence did the manager have in your decision to join?" Woodward used to ask constantly whenever a new player signed used to bore me.

    Yeah makes sense. Bruce has done a poor job since he's been here so why anyone would want him to stay I'm unsure. I'd rather take a punt than have to watch putrid football getting worse results than we should be. If Bruce stays and Grealish goes, we're in big trouble.

    I wouldn't have minded him blowing so much money on Terry/Snodgrass/Whelan/Taylor to go with Hutton/Jedinak he already had if we'd got up. But he did fail. Plus he played like guff all season long, bought in players for one season only wonder hits at the expense of young players who could have plugged small gaps in the squad.

    Hope the owners don't buy his bull and get him out. All they need to do is watch the playoff final to see the filth he produces. Now it looks like we aren't going out of business, removing Bruce is #1 priority. Wouldn't be looking to appoint Henry myself but I'll have him over this chump.

    This tool has done so much damage in such a short space of time. He's going to leave us either dropping into, or already in league one and we'll forever have to hear what a tough job he had and how he never had any chance for success.

    Steer perfectly fine for our level. Bunn isn't really a professional keeper though. Shame if he's sat on the bench come August.

    I hope he stays purely so I can enjoy some of our matches next season. A dark future waits ahead.

    He'll be watching the likes of Brooks and Maddison get their PL moves with minimum fuss and wondering what if. We've got no chance of promotion next season if Bruce is staying so we should probably try and drum some interest and sell for a higher price.

    I'll take anything that means I can enjoy watching us. I enjoyed Gareth Barry passing the ball for years. I'll take it again over players panicking at the sight of their own shadow.

    Garbage for 90% matches this season. Everything enjoyable came through Jack Grealish. Real cack. Some refuse to see it. That's OK, people enjoy different things. I honestly cba another season of Steve Bruce. What a shame this financial mess has meant we can't sack him.

    Putting all my faith in Tone that he's done nothing wrong. Just picked the wrong CEO. And trusted him not to be babysat. Knew Wyness was a figure from the past for his management choices.

    Not under Steve Bruce we won't. Football has changed. The same few clubs will 95% of every competition for the next 20 years. Maybe we've got a chance of a cup in that time. This is why I want to enjoy watching us. I want to appreciate sitting there and watching us play football. That will not happen under Bruce.
