That can work OK. See Martin O'Neill/Alex Ferguson. But you have to bring strength in other areas. Tactical, motivational, some vision to build a side/get them to play in a style you believe in. Bruce has nothing. Literally nothing. He's done nothing positive at this club that any other manager who isn't a carcrash could've done. Our squad last year was good enough to win the league and we played like dirt nearly all season long. How we didn't get up is unbelievable. Him and Neil Warnock got their jobs in the same week. Look at the difference in the directions the clubs have gone. He invents problems that aren't there to save his own arse. His creation last year of hysterical fans (when we were in disgusting form) sticks in my graw. Until this season, he and the team had nothing but support from every fan at games. I look forward to his "they never accepted me because I came from Blues" interviews.

Some have said they enjoyed watching us last season. They're probably enjoying this season again. Last season made my eyes sting. So so many bad performances. We won some, we lost some, we drew some, all garbage to watch. While we're dicking around in this division as one of the 'big boys', (which for now we still are) we should be looking to dominate matches. Play attacking, incisive football. We'd stroll the league. If we were to go up and get these results against City/Liverpool/Spurs, it'd be much more acceptable. I mean, we wouldn't... we'd be absolutely taken apart by all of them, but you know, there'd be a reason for not being gung-ho. Bielsa has had one preseason. One. Look at the state of the football Leeds are playing! Outstanding. Imagine him with this squad. Imagine a decent coach with this squad. Be good when it eventually happens. The day Bruce leaves can't come soon enough.
