I believe yellows during playoffs dont count towards the season total. So in this scenario he'd be fine. Evening Mail said they asked the EFL.

I'm judging him on spooning plenty of good chances. Two more yesterday. The second one would really have helped him as he did some good work before it. Tammy gets away with it as he scores so many anyway and works so hard. Keinan can look at that as a good example.

I think he did see it. They've been told to keep their flag down for tight calls and let the VAR rule it out. This will happen a lot more going forward. The thinking being that if someone scores and they're onside, fine goal. If you flag someone who was actually onside in error and stop them from getting a chance, you can't then give them the chance back retrospectively.

He didn't have the best of first halves. Loose touches, like everyone else. Sums up his excellent attitude that second period. Took responsibility to make the first and screw everyone else, he's getting on the end of that second chance. Hope he's OK.

We're very strong through the middle and very weak out wide. God, if we'd have got Lolley in Jan... Proper dream to play for going forward as well. If you're a striker you get loads of chances, if you're a winger you get so many opportunities at 1-on-1.

No weakness technically. There's wingers who will be playing in the Champions League semis who can't do the things he can. Just needs more awareness and game management. Hesitancy and belief in himself are the only things holding him back. When Grealish and McGinn get the ball they're so purposeful in possession. Even if it doesn't go right for them, they're back the next time trying something different or executing the same move better. He needs this in his game and he'll be a flyer.

That was such a cruise. Only McGinn broke a sweat today because you can't stop the little blighter from charging around.

Hardly even reached first gear today. Was really cruising through. Looked like he wasn't quite over the flu, but he's lagged a bit anyway the last few games. Keeping plenty in the locker for the home straight. What a footballer. -

Standard stops plus a bit of flapping IMO. Doesn't ever shine for me but has been part of a solid unit. I think he's likely to see us all the way to the end now. Hopefully he can continue to contribute.

Still haven't got over that weird non-defence he put out that was weirdly celebrated by Leeds fans and the media. Showed some research. Why do you spy then? Was never answered. They went on a honking run after that as well, maybe not used to having to prepare for a match without spying on opposition.

I wondered this. But for today! If he gets two yellows, would he just miss the Millwall match. I can't believe that. More likely to miss 1+3 games he owes anyway I'd imagine.

It won't be on the same terms, but I'm pretty sure we'll offer him a new deal. Smith has mentioned enough times now what a good trainer he is. When you're going to bringing in the number of new faces we are this summer you need some there to set the standard in training and the dressing room. It'll depend on what he gets from elsewhere as to whether he stays or not. Or he retires I suppose.

I'm a bit edgy about Bolton as well. Was more worried about Rotherham than Bristol. We should be OK with Jack back in. Need to get 3-0 up the bring McGinn and Whelan off.

That series on the YouTube page are very funny now McGinn has found his stride. Very entertaining chap. Small insight into other bits and bobs as well. He's made quite a few references to refs doing us in, which he's correct with. Also called Jack The Messiah and made fun of Tammy when he hadn't played him in for a chance.

I think it's sensible to keep hold of him and see what he's got after a spell in "real football". Maybe bring him on pre-season and if he's not going to get a look at in try and get him to a league one side until Jan.

Forgot Grealish wasn't playing last time we played them. And they only won with the last kick after Elmo gave it to them on a plate. We're scarier than them.
