  1. If he wants to sign for Brighton having been here and seen what's on offer, let him go. He's done very little outside of the Championship. Don't think he will, it's just about agreeing a sensible fee with Bournemouth.
  2. Everyone else managed to improve with the change of manager. Was sad when this fella didn't. Real bad.
  3. He's also put on a stone since I last saw him in a Villa shirt. Looks to be a lot of muscle but not sure that's what he needs. Don't know what he needs.
  4. Wasn't horrendous for me, it was a standard Hourihane performance.
  5. Says he wants to play. But he really wants his £50k a week. I 100% would as well to be honest.
  6. You were doing so well until the last three words.
  7. Wolves fan Gregg Evans says we're going for Butland. Can't see it. £23m Stoke want. He just ain't worth that I don't think.
  8. Nixon does have a decent idea yep. He's usually quite aloof to not tie himself to something. So when he's said no interest in that Villarreal fella I believe him, not seen anything from that avfcagent before so I've no reason to trust him. I think he's made up that rumour. The medical guy was the only one who used to know, doubt that new one is the real deal tbh.
  9. Popped in after watching 70 mins of Gibraltar match and saw this. Wonder if he's having a pop at any of the lot who just got released? Good to hear how hard he works. Credit to him for making it this far but he has so much work to do for me. I'm in the minority that I don't think he was brilliant v Derby, he was alright, nothing more. Derby were horrible going forward until we sat right off them at the end then they were all over us. Just can't see how where he'll play apart from maybe as a sub for Jack/John. Him in that deep role is still asking for trouble, can't tackle, positioning/organisation iffy, predictable and slow in possession. His habit of hiding every time someone else is under pressure I find very frustrating as well. Hope he has a good rest after this annoying international break and comes back ready keen to work again. One thing he does always seem to do is get into goal scoring positions so I'd prefer to see him further forward than sitting next season.
  10. So how does that make it a non-issue? El Ghazi took a big step to break his fast for the play-off final. I think he was better in the final than when he was fasting during the semis.
  11. You don't think eating nothing and not drinking water during the 16 hours of daylight would impact a professional athlete's performance? I do.
  12. Don't think we can list them can we? I'm sure there's a rule. Anyway, I agree with a hard one to start. Man Utd away please, we can beat them going at them.
  13. So bad. At least he was getting some screen time from missing those chances so some mug might turn up to buy him.
  14. Don't fancy him for £35m. That's a whopper.
  15. Plenty of talk Celtic getting on with the Turnbull deal to not let it drag on like they did with McGinn.
  16. Nah, out of the signings being brought in to start. The mooted £15m feels steep. Moot.
  17. He's the one for me who I'm not certain will be cut for the PL. Can't argue he was magnificent almost every game for us though.
  18. Nope, they didn't say anything about El Ghazi. Still haven't. Dutch website broke it yesterday.
  19. Another keeper from abroad in the mix says man who has mixed record.
