Just realised we might get some of our friendly Leeds fans back on here to tell us how we won't get him for less than £30m. I'm still waiting for @BigRed to respond to me. He assured me they were going up and only ever didn't beat teams who sat incredibly deep against them. Yet them seem to have not gone up I'm confused.

Percy knows his stuff. That bid has gone in. Phillips is a right dirt bag. Don't think he's got much of a passing range but he's got legs and can really get in amongst other teams. The thought of playing against him and John McGinn in the same team makes my eyes water.

Quickly for opening weekend. Think they're involved with a lot of the negotiation for the whole season. That's how you end up with DERBY DAY or TOP 4 CLASH where favourable tv fixtures all fall on the same weekend.

Occupy both centre halves on his own and provide an option for the midfield short or the defence long. And he had two deep midfielders in front of him. And he had a good effort first half that was pretty close. What was Tomori's in a defence that conceded twice and was under the cosh for the first 70 mins? He was alright I thought, but he didn't have Tammy in his pocket.

Yes please. Round please. @pablopicasso made one on here when Randy took over and it was miles better than the one we ended up with. Current one is a real honker, horrible. Don't mind "prepared" but when it was on the last version it was a different font on the same background looked like it was made on clipart.

Yep, that sounds about right. Waster signing a waster. Cattermole FFS. Can you imagine. He'll be gagging to comment on us if we're struggling next season. So glad we went up, thought he'd managed to cost us but we were just too good. He built nothing. He damaged us badly. He ruined the chance to have an enjoyable season by refusing to play football. Can't wait for his next failure.

Can see Sheff Utd taking him on loan because we'll refuse to loan him without a clause to buy. Plus it'll be after all of preseason and probably into August when he's made available. Hope beyond hope we've got 80-90% of our deals done by August. Utd will be signing a marquee centre back this summer, and probably pairing him with Lindelof. Smalling and Jones, although car crashes, are still senior players and you'd think they'll be turned to as a bench option. He has to play, even if he's first choice sub CB, it's not enough I don't think.

Speaks well again. It's just the video of those quotes floating around but always sounds different to reading it. I say he speaks well...the words are correct, but not getting much feeling from him there. He doesn't think he'll be getting back into the Villa squad. Great shout last page on Sunderland. Perfect. Hopefully big bullies of the division. Get in there, fire them up and sign for them next summer. Path is there Scotty. If we don't get some forwards in soon he'll be kept hold of and coming to USA with us. That'll ruffle some feathers.

Andre Dúarte. My Brazilian Solskjaer. Swear he had some bug when you brought him off the bench after 80 mins. Was mixed bag when you started him but my word, bring him on 80'+ and he would always always always bag vital goals. The dart I called him.

Hope he's got his thick skin ready. Isn't one of the old guard, media pals so if we have a tricky first few months he'll be getting plenty of bunkum criticism to go along with whatever is happening on the pitch. Won't be surprising to hear Bruce getting brought up by Lawro, Holloway et al. Plenty about today about "doing a Fulham" with so many buys, when the reality is we're going to have to pretty much. We must bring in 7/8/9 squad players as we're so low on numbers. This won't stop idiot pundits comparing us to Fulham and saying we should have kept on PL experience like Whelan, Jed and Elphick. No chance, this overall can sort us out for years in theory. Relegation won't be welcomed but we should have the squad in a place where it'll be manageable to deal with. So much depends on Suso, and our network. Hope the scouts are up to the job because I don't know anything of their ability to judge a player.

£5m/£10m don't care, can't get players with his attributes for less than £10m. Plus we've got one with an incredible attitude who is on the up and loves playing for the club.
