Jesus that's a lot. If I'm Leeds and Bristol City my price just went up £5m. Tidy footballer who is better going forward than defensively. Big old list of things followed that you think are sometimes sliding towards fortunate rather than being just Smith. Bruce wouldn't have ever have had those things go for him as he never had any plan to control matches. It was defend first and see what happens. We had one of the best teams in the league, certainly it felt like the best squad starting the season. Smith would have won the league, yes ahead of Wolves. Smith would have won the league this season if he'd been given the whole season. As I said many times when Bruce was here, many managers would have done better than him here. Wrong man for the wrong club. And once again, I think many of them would have done it without having a go at fans every time they had a set back.

That is loads. If he puts in the level of performance he did last season consistently though, it'll be worth it. I never saw him not being excellent.

Numerous people listing attitude as one of Trossard's best attributes. Shame as it's a position we definitely need padding out. Hopefully he's not one who'll be off for £70m in one year time.

Bristol City fans love poking us. See themselves as a rival as we've been battling for a playoff spot for three seasons. Them giving Johnson a new 4 year deal is very funny indeed. Be paying him off next summer or earlier.

No, no, only a moron would think of making that move in that scenario. Kodjia out of position is still better than Green by a considerable margin. He's played on the wing plenty. He sat on the bench because he isn't trusted. That's bad for Villa. If he put in consistent effort he'd have played every game in the great period from March to May. He's miles better than Adomah as well.

Surely no one? Would a player want a manager to fly out and meet them? Can only see that being a swing if it's a big name manager suddenly appearing and wooing you. Man, I'd love it.
