I think if Grealish isn't worth his place, he won't start. But right now, he's definitely a better option starting for us than Marvelous. Depends on the opposition maybe going forwards.

Last 20 mins, Hourihane went and sat and Marvelous was unleashed. I think that's with a view to moving Jack wide maybe late in games (which was also trialled last night) and bringing Marvelous on for one of the wingers.

Selfless worker when the ball is deep, which is great. Worked channels hard, held it up when it hit him, couple of tasty stepovers I wasn't expecting as well. Must be more of a goal threat though. Once we've progressed up the pitch, go and get in that box Kei.

Feels like Mike Dean misunderstood it the other day. Didn't see it so let it go upstairs. If that happens, VAR has absolutely got to start from a neutral stand point and make a call. Not try and figure out if something is "enough" of a foul/no foul to change a decision. Ref didn't see it! They didn't look and say that's not a pen! They couldn't see it, so have asked you!

Needs movement around him to succeed I think. Fred G makes him twice the player.

Looked a lot better when he went forward in the box to box role. Think that's where he can excel for us.

I thought he was well below par tbh. Even with hitting the post and getting his assist. Also didn't think he was great shakes against Everton. Aside from goal he was offside about three times and didn't offer enough. He's got literally everything you need to be a serious player. Just decision making holding him back. If it clicks he'll be MOTM most weeks playing in this side. Tempted to say I'd start him at Palace, may bring more protection than Jota. All the wingers will want to play whatever side Fred G is on.

Another absolute horror. For anyone who didn't see though he scored the 5th penalty in the shootout then watched Leeds hit the post and lose. Takes some stones to say OK to the pen the form he's been in.

Here we go, nice work @TheAuthority I still don't think we've played well tbh. Everton and Spurs were battling performances, Bournemouth was alright but we killed ourselves with a crap start. Would love a win here, with a strong performance. Wonder if Anwar will get the nod due to bit of extra physicality away from home. -
What the dickens was he doing on the bench for the first two games.

He was MOTM for me. Put two on a plate and got a third assist for Guilbert with good pass from the corner. He just can't move. No legs on the chap.

He's got the running required, no doubt. Two good feet as well, which is always nice. At times, he looked a bit loose on the ball to me. They may just be the way he is, didn't lose it that I can remember.

Cant see us losing to a L1/L2 team under Smith. We're too organised and play to a game plan too well. Nice kiss of death for next round there, sorry all.

Doesn't matter but surprised to see Elmo captain over Hourihane.

A goal might calm him down actually. Hope he bags. Really impressed so far but half the time he's losing the ball because he's trying to do too much. He's trying to go round someone when he's hardly controlled the ball yet. The exciting thing is that he's backing himself to do it every time and not affected when it goes wrong, great trait for a winger. No fear.

Leicester A - silly hand ball rules cost them a win. Tough away game. Man Utd H - they looked good I thought could have won. Burnley H - very poor. Scraped a point and were lucky to be within a goal by the 90th min. I think they'll be fine. Top 10. Squad size is an issue though I agree.

Thanks for looking that up. All to do with Taylor and Elmo my friend. Both hinder us too much in their own way. Together it's too much. I don't think this is an outrageous opinion.

I can tell you going forward in the PL if you like? We won't be winning matches with both Elmo and Taylor starting. Win/draw bet on the other side safe money.
