  1. Played in 7/7 games far. Sincerely hope it's 7/38 come May. We might still be in the Premier League then.
  2. He might adjust, he might not. Should definitely be dropped next week, Kei knows the basics of hold up Wes either can't or refuses to do. Norwich is another chance for a win. Got to win one of next two.
  3. He's playing terribly and making everyone else in the team work harder. Needs time out of the team to learn how to compete for me.
  4. I'll be fuming at Smith if he starts Taylor. We have plenty of options who are actual footballers.
  5. We'd be about ten times the team with that thug Ashley Barnes up front. That's a shame. £22m. Woah.
  6. He pretended to be knocked out for some reason. We lost the ball in a good area because of it. Wish he'd have gone off at that point.
  7. Bruce's list of problems was endless. He hardly had anything right. Other than positioning himself at a club with incredible resources. Smith has done so much right in comparison. It feels like these final issues are close to being solved. He obviously has issues with the quality available in some areas, but should still do better with some sensible adjustments.
  8. Horrendous. He's an active negative. I'm convinced we'd be better with 10. Maybe 9 if you take Wes out as well
  9. I also like him. Maybe he is comfortable? He looks like an octopus on roller skates to me at times. Perhaps, ungraceful is a fairer word.
  10. He doesn't look comfortable at all on the ball. But he hasn't lost it yet and doesn't hide away like some, even when it's tough. He goes where he's needed, receives the ball under pressure and plays it as best he can. Keeps his place for me.
  11. For him, I'm giving him a 6/10 at best. I want more Jack, you're better than this. That shot late on second half, jeez. I was certain he was going to score. You have to do more Jack, clipping it over with no threat is not good enough. Had his legs cut off from 60 mins on when Taylor came on. Ruined his game, you can see how much he hates playing with him.
  12. I'd be up for it. But I'd definitely start Keinan next match. Trez, Grealish & McGinn as a switching three behind him and we could easily beat Norwich. That's obviously without Taylor starting, we'll lose if he's in the XI.
  13. Made of **** granite. Given some shocking passes today from Hourihane and others. 90/10 against him losing it, steams in with no doubts he's going to win it, and does. Almost injured himself a few times. Hacked to pieces by Burnley. Officially fouled 4 times, he must have shrugged off another 4 challenges with various wasters hanging off his coattails. Unbelievable performance. I think we need to get Jack or Luiz back in next to him. Had no one to pass to half the time with Hourihane running away, desperate to not have the ball because the game was hard.
  14. Clearly a great coach. Looks where he's taken us from! Utter crap under the anti-coach Bruce to a team that looks, at times, like they can coast to PL victories. All his black marks are really odd. Seemingly easy to fix, but we're getting stubborn refusal thus far. Problems all the fans can see that Dean Smith can't. Formation is 4141, never changes, ever Seven games until he's named the correct full backs. Still brought on Taylor, the worst player at the club Refusal to make subs, either tactical or through fatigue
  15. I could play LB better than Taylor. Hause is an option. Mings. McGinn. Hourihane. Konsa. Steer. Anyone.
  16. 100% drop him for Norwich where it'll be tough. He's a passenger. Useful often playing bad teams where he'll have no adversity whatsoever, nothing more.
  17. Wasn't injury prone at Southampton as far as I know?
  18. I'd rather Steer than Taylor. Sick of him. Never want to see him play for us again.
  19. Presume most people know this, but there's nothing wrong with him. Game got tough, he didn't fancy it, pretended to be hurt. Good job really, because Smith wouldn't have subbed him until likely 88 or 89 mins.
  20. Obviously bear in mind the person you're replying to lives under a bridge...but...our fixtures haven't been overly tricky for me. We've got a rotten run-in and if we're in the relegation zone with 6 or 7 left it'll be incredibly difficult to get out.
  21. I'm interested if he can't see things going wrong? Can he not see Wes losing every ball? Hourihane running away hiding? Taylor being Taylor? We look great at times but there's periods of muck during when he can make changes to switch it up and just... doesn't. I don't understand? Luiz for Hourihane was needed. Keinan for Wes was needed. Taylor shouldn't have been near the matchday squad this season. Christ one more winger or striker would have made such a difference for us.
