Not sure about commerical aspect but we should absolutely be making moves to get sister clubs out there for recruitment purposes, or even some sort of academy like Red Bull do. We've got two Egyptians, a Zimbabwean and the Tanzanian Lewnadowki right now. I'd imagine our name can carry some clout if we can stay up.

Hope so, Sarr being out is great yes. Obviously Watford have already addressed their squad issues and have a player signed to come straight into the side for his first start. Pussetto made his debut v Spurs and cleared one off the line in the last minute to win them a point. And we don't have a striker. Suso should be sacked whether we stay up or not.

I wish I had your belief, I'm getting too nervous before standard league games these days. I can't see teams around us bad enough to go down instead. Who would you say is dropping in your opinion? I think it's us, Norwich and Bournemouth. Southampton will finish 17th.

@TRO has said a few times he doesn't have knowledge of a wide range of players. That doesn't make him wrong to say Targett was bad value at £11-16m or whatever he was. Manning from QPR we could have got for 3 or 4 million. Phillip Max from Augsburg for £5-8m. Anthony Caci from Strasbourg for £6-10m. I would guess all of those would be on less money than Targett as well.

Wes and Trez really can't do much can they? Fulham signed Bryan over Targett, though I haven't seen huge amount of Bryan I've seen enough of Targett to know he'll be shining in the good games and crap in the bad. As will El Ghazi. Marvelous and Hause on the ball are terrifying, that translates across all leagues. You've got to picture them without Grealish holding their collective hand. Without Grealish taking the ball when everyone is shitting themselves. Konsa and Engels are good signings I think. Obviously Mings and Heaton are brilliant.

West Brom are near the top because of Pereira from Sporting and Diangana from West Ham. Matt Phillips is better than Trezeguet. You won't hear me arguing Josh Onomah's case but who's going to play better in that league...Wes or Mitrovic? Marvelous or Johansen? Targett or Joe Bryan? It's pretty close I'd say. We spent £45m on those three ffs. I worry for us without Grealish down there. I feel sick at the thought of no McGinn or Mings.

I fear we'll be looking back at that summer window with sickening regret in 5 years time. I have a belief we'll do better this summer if we perform a miracle and stay up, but it will be a miracle.

Masvidal and Usman both too big for him IMO. He'll get tired and hurt when they walk through his shots. Needs to have another tuneup before Khabib, who I cannot see him beating any which way to be honest. Went back other day and watched some highlights. Forgot how insane he was acting in the two years prior to Khabib, especially the week of the fight.

You may enjoy Dexter if you haven't seen it. I thought You was OK but it was distracting me how much of a Dexter rip-off it felt, especially season 2.
