I agree with your general point but I think we're going to get boned and he's going to go for half his value. We need money desperately when we go down. Only a temporary FFP pause will save us. If we go, I think we were relying on at least £50m coming in for him. -

I'm new to MOMS. Marmite is an interesting description, seemed fairly straightforward to me. Preece bit more of a nervous character but seems alright I think. Heard him on talksport one week soon after he'd started and he was pretty nervous rushing through his piece. I like him.

Haven't got a clue myself but they could have gone from £1 trillion to £500 billion. They could have lost a lot of money and not been hurt. Some good old fashioned sportswashing is a sound investment if it only costs you £1bn in the next 10 years.

If you've got near unlimited money you would. Utd, Arsenal, Tottenham and probably Chelsea are as weak as they've been for 5 years.

Listened to my first few MOMS and really enjoyed them. I've unsubscribed from 1874, not got much interest in listening to a baggies fan or whatever Evans is simper on about us. He says nothing, every answer is 50/50. Bardell has lost a good partner in Julian, they had good dynamic with Bardell more in the pundit role and Julian presenting. Evening mail one good as well, I've always liked Kendrick. Watching that you can see he's a top bloke.

It's so convenient, thus very tough yes. Had to stop buying it at the supermarket as it was getting drunk too fast. Got a single can other day as a treat as it was a new one I hadn't seen and (fortunately?) didn't really like it. I've got a beer52 delivery a month, so around 8-12 beers. Put the last lot away in about 3 days But I'm not buying any more in bulk from the supermarket until this is over.

Killing Eve crashed and burned season 2, they totally lost direction IMO. If we weren't locked down I wouldn't be watching season three. But here we are.

It's hardly even spin anymore. It's deflating to watch play out. They just outright lie and keep lying and get their bots on social media lying. Then dummies parrot it, lies get muddied in with facts and many just decide to believe whatever they find agreeable. It's the bollocks you need to find. We could easily pad the squad with a couple of league one/SPL players for £2m each as long as they don't shit themselves when they have to deal with villa park groaning when they misplace their first pass. We've had many useful players (and managers) recently who just can't deal with it and are rendered useless. It's possible I agree.

I've seen this lad twice and he did look noticeably good. Huge big lank at the moment. Could take a few years to fill out. Anyone who is 16 would be mad to turn proper money to move clubs. As mentioned, that Tosin lad can do anything he wants even if he never makes it at city.

No doubt in my mind. Early season we were so much better than the last few months, but totally toothless. Even if he comes good at some point the summer wasn't the right time for a £20m promising youngster as our only striker.

Fantastic podcast with Hourihane. Such a good talker, I've always thought this. His attitude seems right even if the ability isn't there. Reminds me a bit of Beckham in Fergie's book when he said you couldn't tell him he hadn't played well because he didn't believe you and insisted he had. Belief through the roof.

I disagree sir. I think we'd have been much better off until Samatta came at which point Adams could have dropped to the bench. I'd say the same for Shane Long as well. Missed the point you were talking about. We needed some value signings this summer though, had so many to buy, I feel Engels was one. Would have helped if we didn't spend £55m plus on Wes, Trez, Targett and Luiz, all of whom weren't the reliable starters we needed. That negates any value we picked up elsewhere sadly.
