  1. Which is what we should, and I suspect will, do. Pay the money we want, which will be much more to our liking than yours, or jog on.
  2. It wouldn't be different in terms of the first one Chindie. MON wouldn't sign Ozil this summer because he wont sign anything without premier league experience, regardless of how good they are in the world cup. Anyway this is about as boring as you searching the internet for negative Apple articles to post No it would be different Jez, because you weren't, in your third statement, referring to Ozil, you were being general. And in the first one you seemed to think, rather more than Ozil being a bit out of our league, we wouldn't sign him simply because he hadn't played in the Prem. Except that we have, and do, sign players with no Prem experience. It doesn't make any sense Jez, and it's really tiresome. And I don't search the net for anti Apple articles, I happen to come across them in my other browsing, thank you, so that's another thing you're about as accurate as a blind archer with.
  3. Which again would be a different statement to the other 2 you've made. Might want to make your mind up.
  4. I wasnt trying to put anything to bite, your the one that made it a big deal. I dont think MON will sign anyone without premier league experience, that better? Theres a difference between saying the above bolded point and . Ones an opinion, one that evidence would state is either spectacularly simplistic or downright wrong, and the other is a statement of fact suggesting that we never sign players without Premier League experience, which just isn't true is it? You've been called up on that enough times.
  5. What you've said is patently untrue, or else we wouldn't have Guzan, or Carew, or Petrov, or Cuellar. Which is why it's shit. I don't know if we'll sign someone from outside the Prem, frankly I don't really care if we do or not, I suspect we might but if we don't that's fine. Stop spouting shite to get people to bite.

For some reason my favourite part of the Relian sketch was him driving into the garage inspection pit. It caught me completely off guard and had me nearly in tears.
  7. He hasn't played in the premier league either. Are you ever going to stop posting this shit?

I'm not saying the Robin sketch wasn't scripted, of course it was. What I was saying that there seemed to be a subtle change in how they played the skit. They made it funny because it was a Reliant Robin rolling over the focus of the comedy, rather than what they have done previously, with the caravan episode for instance, where they seemed to try to make out the 'reality' of the situation being a lot of the reason it was funny. There was a change in the approach imo and thats for the better.

Returned last night in it's new ahem, sensible version. Really enjoyed it. Having a bit less of the obviously scripted nature of it was an instant improvement. Inn previous series they've increasingly played up the nature of the show as scripted, tonight however, the Reliant Robin skit didn't do that, or at least it did it in a much more subtle manner, and if thats a sign of things to come, great. As it was, good episode. Few good laughs, the sight of a Reliant Robin constantly rolling over raised laugh after laugh. Made all the better by knowing someone who's actually done it completely accidentally .
  10. The Bent/Rooney crap is really, really tiresome.
  11. Just finished this this afternoon myself. One of the best games I've ever played. Brilliant. You owe it to yourself to savour this game.
  12. Fulham definitely were paying for Nikes shirts. Which is why they essentially got 'pattern' designs. Take their shirt last season, it's a colourway of Arsenals home shirt from the season before, rather than a new design. Their deal with Kappa will probably be better as it most likely be a genuine deal, like we have, as opposed to their old Nike one.
  13. Vest top in the style of the above tosser in pink.
  14. Take your time with it. Get Bonnies missions done, then go off into the world and enjoy it. I spent my first couple of days basically slaughtering anything that moved in the opening areas. I'll be surprised if it doesn't grab you eventually. The game surprised me earlier with one of those random little moments. I was wandering fairly aimlessly around Great Plains, just by the Serendipity, when I came across a bloke kneeling on the ground. Then I noticed he was kneeling over a body. I wondered what the hell was going on when he pulled a gun and shot himself in the head.
  15. Don't do the 'lock on' style targetting in Dead Eye - i.e. the one where it puts a little cross where you've aimed, you'll always get a headshot when aiming for the hat if you do. You've got to aim manually to hit the hat. Aim for the rim of the hat if you can. Try doing it in Mexico. The sombrero wearers give you a much bigger target to aim for. Wear a bandana if you're concerned about honour. EDIT - Theres a gang that wears big hats as well, they're easier to hit as well, can't quite remember which but they stand out pretty easily, top hat style stuff.
  16. I guess Indians do turn up later though... it's always the way. ... Cheers for that advice Risso and Rev by the way, nailed the sharpshooter challenges as well and Marston is now very sharply dressed . Tempted to go achievement and outfit hunting now before going through the final missions. Checked some of my stats for the game earlier, I've acquired 31000lb of meat haha.
  17. ..well, I suppose black people are a bit of a rarity on it.
  18. That was my first thought. What then happens if they do smoke? 'You shouldn't do that, you know, here have a pamphlet'. I think that just about sums it up. You'd be trying to curtail someones liberty (in a really quite pathetic way) for no real 'benefit' whatsoever.
  19. Linked that in the youtube hilarity thread. The bit with Pearce is brilliant. Great to see though, any manager so into it he's throwing his arms around so violently his backroom staff are getting shoved out the way has to be commended.
  20. Bet that took a while to think up.
  21. As I said, I don't think it's actually that worthy a film, or even that good, I just like it for some reason, despite there being a shitload wrong with it. I can see why some people would absolutely hate it. I would if the concept wasn't one I liked.
  22. I wouldn't with yours mate. Dog rough.
  23. First night out back in Brum last night and **** me it was shit. I was back by 2am, we didn't get there till 11. Worst night at Anarchy ever. Mates decided they all wanted to be in the emo room (which I'm not fan of), I wasn't aware it was a free drinks night so that's a tenner on the door, I tried to order a pint of Becks, turns out all they've got is Carlsberg, have that instead, and it turns out to be even worse than you might from Carlsberg. All the music was shit, there was no atmosphere, my mates sister turned up and she's offensive to the eyes Massive let down.
