I work with a guy that has seen none of the 80s action movies. I don't know how you manage that, there was a period that ran through to about the mid 00s where one of those films was on terrestrial tv at some point in the week, every week.

Brave New World is a great idea in a decent book. Good read though, compare it with 1984 for some interesting contrasts on the contrast of a dystopia.

I never got on with Silent Hill so not that interested in that one. And ZOE was one of those things I looked at thought '...nah'. Though people rave about how good those were, so I may investigate that if the price is right. But MGS, that series has my heart. Even if it's hokey and maddening, and clunky in bits, and doesn't make much sense... it's just so good. It'll be a must buy for me. I've not played MGS4 to be fair, perhaps that would also burn me out should I play it.

Link Bit of a case of 'take my damn money Konami!' for me that. I love the MGS series and would quite like to be able to replay them tarted up and without having to set up my PS2. It's a shame they've not put the original in there too (though the PS3 edition is said to come with a download code for the PSN store for the original), I guess they must think it's too much work to get up to standard. I'd almost buy it just to have played Peace Walker. Sadly that is also, understandably, the worst looking of this collection, even spruced up the limits of the PSP are very telling - it looks like arse. Still, out in November and, well... sold.

Ha, the away shirt (I think) is ****' awesome It's apparently last season's shirt but it appears they are keeping for next season too. Always loved dark green and black classy designs.

Yeah just seen that... Hmm. Think I might wait to see what the away is like. That's a really unappealing shade of green. I know they used to wear that kinda shade back in the day but the shift to a darker tone was not a bad one.

Seeing that Bremen shirt reminded me that I intend to buy this years Wolfsburg shirt so I hope it's a looker >_>

I think Samba is probably the second best value signing in the league given what Blackburn paid and the service they've got, after Jaaskelainen. Ver ygood defender.

I think it'll be Hughes and I'm pretty happy with that. He's seemingly a pragmatist, which we need right now, he's young, he'll bring back our steel which we've lost this season wholesale. I don't like the guy, but I think he's the right man for us now.
