True, I agree with you, but Jhon has been given minutes in Europe, and he's one injury away from being the main striker for a PL side in the top 5. No other PL team in the top 3/4 of the league is going to give better right now. Maybe when he does grasp his chance.

Also, unpopular opinion, but a-ha tend to be looked down on in retrospect, but they made some good pop songs, including the bond one.

Yeah, imagine having the talent of Jack White and Alicia Keys and stuffing it up. It would be harder than making a good one. I have soft spots for the Chris Cornell one (I'm a massive Soundgarden and Audioslave fan), the Sheryl Crow one, the Shirley Manson one, and Billie Eilish. I would listen to those if they weren't bond themes.

If it's true, and if it's to do with playing time (both big ifs), I find it weird that someone who plays a team sport can find it so hard to have objectivity. I know he wants to progress, but we're really starting to pick up top results, and Ollie is killing it at the minute. Sometimes you gotta suck it up, wish them well and wait for your time.

In fairness, they spent quite a long time discussing us on last night's motd. Probably as we were the only new game on it, but still.... They had a little (if slightly awkward) interview with Ollie. The only downside was the presence of Ben Mee, who was disappointingly not covered in flob from supporters in the north stand. (I jest)

Oh man, the Man U match. I can't stand those guys. Maguire fouls the SU striker by blatantly pushing him off the ball. At the other end 1000% that's a pen. Man U players flopping around like f***ing salmon. Terrible terrible team.

Just watching motd from last night. I know it's not true but the goalkeepers in the Arsenal Chelsea match both looked like they were both trying to throw the match. Also how do Liverpool keep getting refs decisions? If Young gets sent off, their player 100% should also.

Welcome. Glad he's doing well for you. I think he should stay with you while the going is good. It is difficult to find the right fit for loanees, and, like Archer at Boro, when you get the right setup, that's when you see players develop best.

The media are all saying 'no evidence that he did it', rather than 'looks like he didn't do it', which to me implies that they think he did it, but they can't prove it. But if they can't prove he did it, then they are wrong in even implying it, surely? Semantics to be sure, but it feels like dirty pool to me. Career assassination without any form of proof. They are just desperate to f*** him over to get clicks.
