Maybe, but I'm not mistaking their silence over the legitimacy of the war as virtue, even if the war does end. At the end of the day, their purchase of Russian oil and gas at increased rates has to some degree undermined the sanctions, and resulted in a prolonged conflict with many more lives lost on both sides. China I get, politically, but India, well i'm massively disappointed in their response having lived there and having loved the country.
Just throwing it out there given Huddersfield's current position. I wouldn't necessarily say he was a disaster, but it's probably the least well a high profile German manager has done.
Still astonishes me that someone who has verifiably done at least 2 or 3 illegal acts, and tried to bring down democracy (which the commies have been trying to do for decades btw) is still even able to walk around without an orange jumpsuit. The people who support him, and his Putin love in are the same folks that hunted down communists in the 60s and 70s. He is literally everything they purport to hate. F**king hypocrites.
Ukranian gains gave been incredible, but I'm still struggling to see an end game here. Putin has already spun one narrative. He'll spin another citing 'motherland against the world'. I just don’t see him going anywhere. The more the people suffer economically, the more anger he can direct against the west. There is no broadcast or truth we could project that won't be denounced as propaganda. Trump got a sizeable section of America ready to tear down the very principles the country stands for just to save one bigoted fascist using these tactics, and he's a moron. Putin, whatever he is, is not an idiot. He's going nowhere.
I guess there are a lot of folks with similar views. As a rebuttal I would say that it's shaky ground to be posting this on a football forum, where we get so worked up about a game that has no real importance and is played by millionaires that we'll never meet, who come from places that are nowhere near where we or the club are from.
I don't know why they didn't realise that this would give most of the world a kick up the pants to move away from one of their principal exports forever. It's like committing seppuku.
Surely it wouldn't cost that much if they just phase out old money. That process happens all the time, and they would just need to change the print heads/ stamping heads?
