Not least because the mistakes of colonialism were made without the benefit of immediate precedence. The fact we are all talking about this, including Fifa, means that not only are the effects of those mistakes remembered, they are being used as an excuse to act in an almost, but not quite as bad way. The Fifa documentary on Netflix shows corruption and hubris on an almost biblical scale.

I've said before that Musk's biggest asset, that he never takes no for an answer from his staff, and thinks in a childlike way- no compromise, no pragmatism, is his biggest weakness, and will be his undoing. In the real world people want to be treated with respect, and rewarded for their enterprise. Hard Place, meet Rock.

I hate hate Frostpunk. I should love it based on my game preference, but after slogging and battling for about 8 hours on a colony, something happened which killed nearly everyone and I rage quit, vowing I'd never play it again. Never known a game punish you for playing so brutally.

A proportional Polish response would be to station Polish troops in Ukrainian infrastructure targets. Power stations, gas storage locations. Everywhere Russia is targeting with missiles, then tell him that if a single Nato/Polish soldier is killed, they will invoke article 5. There would still be no fighting, and defensive RoE, and meanwhile they would be protecting Ukranian assets with their presence. -
Max has had smoke blown up his arse by Horner and others for years. Next big thing, up and coming GOAT etc, etc. As a result he believes it, and therefore believes everything he does is right. He's an entitled little shit who believes his own press and will continue to get into collisions not because he's the next Senna, but because he thinks he has the right to win. It's a product of his youth and rise to fame. By the time he grows up he's going to cringe at some of his own former antics.

I was bullied at secondary school, and I'd be lying if I said that it hasn't resulted in self esteem issues which stay with me today. It also has steeled me and made me want to crush bullies wherever I meet them. Funny though, someone who bullied me asked to be a friend on Facebook and had no concept of the psychological damage he did. I guess the tree remembers what the axe forgets.

Online CoD is brutally toxic unless you play at least 4 hours a day to get up to speed. Can't be bothered getting to the level I'd need to be at to enjoy it.

As someone who clearly loves the game, do you have any tips as to how to enjoy being on defence? Especially not being that clued up on tactics. I used to play Madden every year, and I sort of came to the conclusion I needed to give up. I don't watch enough NFL to know what the hell I'm doing tactically, and it just makes it a bit pointless for me. It could really do with a tactical tutorial.

He can legitimately now say that he has given all of these players a chance, thus reducing the chance of dissent or division in the squad. Next time one of the second team turns up in his office demanding why he's not playing more, he can say 'let's have a little walk to the video analysis room, shall we?'.
