Refs should ref as if there is no such thing as VAR. VAR should then check and verify in the background. Instead refs are using VAR as a crutch, afraid to make any decisions, lest they be found out as fallible. Which they are because they are human. Whole thing is ass backwards.

I've said it before, and I'll say it again. VAR has made refs cowards.

I know quite a bit of the economic middle that will be massively pissed off that the party they thought would look after them, completely crashed the economy in two weeks under Truss, and will now be realising that Brexit was even more of an economic disaster than they thought. The two sides of the coin as I see it are: A party that might damage the economy (Labour), versus a party that actually did break the economy (Tories). No one has voted for the changes the last two PMs have brought in, and it's so far from what people thought they were voting for in 2019 I can see this being an absolute landslide for Labour.

Come on, man. I've got young kids. It's the closest thing to a party I get all year. Get hammered, watch the girls. Laugh at the crap ones, and these days there's at least two genuinely good songs. It's awesome.

Spurs won once and lost 3 times during their 6 games in April. Shame they got the win against palace, because otherwise their form is bang average (being generous). Also they've not won an away game since 28th Jan (FA cup against Preston). Edit. And we've not lost at home since 18th Feb (with all of the home games since being wins).
