yes, that is the question - how much? i think £25Ml a year should be comfortable for Randy & Villa to spend. £50M a year would be stretching it, and would mean Randy subsidizing the club until we manage to become a Champions league club.

i think the question is ok, but each person will have a different definition of what counts as "sufficient money". I'm convinced we have a lot more money than has been spent so far, but will that be enough. Have we got enough to buy 11 players of the standard of the top 3. (not all in one summer). That would cost us around £200mill as a minimum, which you could say would need £50 million each year over the next 4 years. i believe Randy would be willing to spend that, as we would end up getting about £25mill back each year in extra revenue from Champ League, merchandising, extra gates, more matches, etc...

If you NEED the money, rather than just WANT the money, then i want to change my vote from Greedy to Clever. but in what sense are you not sure whether you need the money or not? (ps - you can see the results without voting - just press view results)

also, i wouldn't do it myself. i work 37.5 hours a week, and the maximum i will work is 40 hours a week. Once you are earning enough to be able to be comfortable, then quality of life becomes more important that money, and so a job that fits in with your life is quite important, rather than your life having to fit around the job.

well, it kind of depends.... If you need the money, then it is commendable that you are putting the hours in. If you don't need the money, then i think you work too hard, and need to find a better work-life balance. Maybe if you did less hours, then you would have more free time to have a better social life (again, assuming money isn't an issue). motto - Work to live, don't live to work.

i will explain. WBA are a local team, and so i'd like to see the local teams do well. I've nothing against WBA - a couple of mates support them, and they are nice people who respect the Villa.

why is that then? i know there welsh but because there in english league don't that mean they qualify Nope - theyre members of the FAW, rather than the FA, so wont be given an FA spot into UEFA. Its on the other thread in more detail if its for this reason, then surely the runners-up just get the place instead? if its for the reason that championship teams are barred from Uefa cup, then this hasn't been verified, just a rumour floating around in the qualification thread.

Would it not just go the runner up? oh no, this discussion again!!! if its two championship teams in the final, then it may come back to the league.... according to some people on the mega qualification thread. i dunno what happens if WBA win, and also get promoted. are they counted as championship or premier league....
