  1. OMG you just reminded me of the best crisps ever made. And in doing so, I've found a place where I can order them. Cheers Tony. still for sale in my corner shop. love em but not a patch on Transformersnacks
  2. That's a strong team AG - this everton team dismanteld a very strong Man City team the other week so I expect (as usual) a very tough game probably resulting in a draw. I cant see us getting the win - we will struggle with Everton's tenacity - and that boy Cahill is probably the best midfielder outside of the Sky4. We need a win. Cahill best midfielder outside of the top 4....with his head maybe. Massively over rated for me.
  3. watched the manure chelsea game in 3d and for me it definately adds to the viewing experience. Not really gimmicky just like the above poster said, good depth. Sports like golf also look great in 3d, its like looking into a goldfish bowl just a bit more fun.
  4. while i dont like Cueller at right back either, i doubt he'll be as exposed as Luke Young was last week.
  5. anyone know if its safe to go back on VT board
  6. bollocks, just burnt my lips on some pizza.
  7. hope its not deemed insensitive but ive often wondered, what do people who have been blind since birth dream about?
  8. OBE: Thats the question ? what would your gut reaction tell you, at this point in the season with so much importance on this fixture for Chelsea, being that if they drop points to Villa right now, that could be the end of the premiership title for them ( was this the bridge to far for Chelsea), if we are 2-1 up with 10 mins to go are players like Malouda going to start getting bitchy and and frustrated making silly tackles that put players out, for me all this plays its part. Can we beat Chelsea in this game at this point, I would rest any key player that looks jaded that looks a doubt injury wise, thats coming back from injury. Thing is MON is more a one trick pony ( I say that with 100% respect to the Man) he goes 100% for every game and looks for the result regardless of the next fixture( except for the Europa cup last year that is) . Its a really difficult question that singles out the great tacticians from the also rans IMO, Mourinho was a class act in this way, out thinking the opposition manager IMO. are you a politician? I cant find a single answer in your posts.
  9. if your 21 your already about 4 years to old.
  10. Got to be Magaluf, went three years running a good few years ago, what a place. Would never go back....Voinjama, dont ask becuase we cant tell you....what goes on tour
  11. I know wgere you're coming from I used to be like you. Of course i'm excited about Villa in the semi final, my left knee and my bad back are not. Expense (which you're right I should have explained) is probabaly by far the greatest reason for not going. we only got 37k on Saturday and money was the reason. Its a semi final and some may have half an eye on a final. Did you go to the CC final because quite frankly Wembley was one hell of a disappointment. I didn't because I couldnt get a ticket. And I wont be able to go to the FA cup final for the same reasons (if we get through). And thats fair because I am not a season ticket holder. But I would expect that season ticket holders (who sometimes unfairly have a grumble at every man and his dog trying to get a ticket to a final) come up with better excuses not to go to a semi final than, it shunt be at wembley or wel probly lose or wembley's difficult to get out of. Id kill for a chance to go if your that desperate to go, why not just pay tout prices?
  12. if i thought it was fixed i wouldnt be able to watch it.
  13. I used to collect but have sold off most of my collection now, i have the 1990 - 1992 home and away shirts, and an old liverpool three stripe candy shirt (a gift from someone who really didnt understand the rules of my collection). Will be selling them off shortly if anyone is interested PM me.
  14. our lad is now ten weeks old. we had a name selected for 6 months but changed our minds when he was born to something we'd never considered. Cant really explain but just seemed to suit him more.
  15. think it'll be doyle. itll cost a bit though, wolves paid about 6.5 and they would want to sell him. Think they'd expect 12 if they stay up as they have the money and hes said he doesnt want to leave. Keane would be similar IMO, Redknapp would not want to sell to us. Bent would cost us 20+ i think. Sunderland dont need the money and i would imagine hes earning good money. Personally i dont think hed work hard enough for us and not sure if i can see him in the same side as Gabby
  16. hate to say it but thought we missed Barry today, Barrys first move when winning the ball was to look for Young. He was in great form yesterday up against a forward playing at right back but we failed to get him enough of the ball.
  17. would finishing 4th this season really give us access to all these top players. We'd still need to qualify for the champions league (failed to qualify for europa this year), we still wouldnt be an established top 4 club (think next year will see a bigger push from city and liverpool) and we'd still have a manager that doesnt seem to like targetting these bigger players. Got no proof of this but the "hard working englishman" seems to be a mould that suits. Id like to see progressive improvement (already shown this year), no concerns over the financial stability of the club (i dont want to be the next portsmouth), investment in youth (lets bring some home grown players through) and to top it all off the FA cup please.
  18. Hi General, just to clarify the issue, the baby bunny suits are available but sizes only start from 0-3 months. Not sure if this is an american/english type thing but baby clothes in the uk start from new born size. Villa do not seem to have any baby clothes in this size.
  19. General, you may have missed this. I asked the same question quite a few pages back, General answered that he had previously bought bits for young babies. Definately no new born stuff through the club shop though but they do have some bits in 0-3 months.
  20. sorry to hijack the generals thread but just a quick suggestion reference season tickets. I have a barclaycard premiership credit card. This allows me to buy my season ticket at 0% interest for 12 months. Allows me to spread my payments over the year without incurring any charges.
  21. thats what upset me the most, it was just another trophy for their players and fans. We'd probably still be in the stadium celebrating now. Hopefully we dont have to wait 10 years for another visit.
  22. parking at hillingdon is cheep, not that many spaces though.
  23. tough times, my nan died last week, funeral Thursday. Never got to meet my son.
