The trouble is, right now their voters that get upset by this will likely jump to reform You just have to hope they see through that and vote LibDem. Sunak has killed them completely. It’s too late to change leader now and nominations close today I expect defections to Reform Cameron who stood in for him will have realised the consequences of Sunak’s actions. Its got to be the worst GE campaign in modern history

This is evidence that the electoral commission, who are independent looked at the constituency and decided that it needed changing to more accurately homogenise the electorate in each constituency across the country. The Tories have nothing to do with this process and even the quoted section says it had the largest electorate of any seat in the county and 13th largest in the country. It was always going to have its boundaries changed This is not gerrymandering

That account is run by a complete and utter gibbon, I was looking at some of his other anti-Starmer posts the other day - he needs psychiatric assistance Football fans (of which Starmer undoubtedly is) quite often talk a load of bollocks and as evidence I point you to the football section of this site. So in that instance, yes, he's one of us. As it happens on occasion, I have to transcribe conversations for SARs in work, it doesn't matter what you do, the spoken word when written down makes everyone look terrible. especially when the context of the other half of the conversation is removed

It also seems rather like people have forgotten why the full state pension will have fallen into the tax bracket, that is, the triple lock has raised the pension and the Tories have only moved the lower limit of the income tax threshold by £70 once in the last four years. So pensioners will be receiving more money and that will come from all the people working who are now paying more tax because even though wages have gone up the tax thresholds haven't (much)
