I don't wish to quote or link to the Scum newspaper but Angela Rayner has an interview in there today Thats some pretty dumb shit she's saying about Law and Order Shoot terrorists first and ask questions later If people are being terrorised by a local thug, I want a local copper to come and "sort them out" She wants the police to beat down the doors of criminals at 3am, just to antagonise them She really needs to be nowhere near government

It really isn't going to be that bad. The forecast for Great Barr is pretty much the same as where I live, 30mph winds with gusts of up to 60mph Apart from the SW and South Wales its just going to be windy and a bit blustery just like a normal winter storm Some of the nonsense thats going on is well over the top, for example, Merseytravel have said it should be essential travel only tomorrow but the storm hits after everyone's gone to work and finishes before they go home

There's a few things of minor interest on that RSD list but nothing I'd be busting a gut to get Biff, Bang Pow, The Sound , The Soul Jazz Compilations, Future Sound of London, Wire but as some of those don't actually tell you the full details yet I wouldn't know Definitely a list of pick them up if I come across them but nothing I'd even ask Probe to *cough* save *cough* for me

I think they have to between now and May because the window to replace him before May and build a campaign is slamming shut. Under their current rules it took two months to get from May's resignation (Late May a few weeks after the local elections) to Johnson's victory in late July Two months from today (if it happened today, which it won't) would leave less than 3 weeks to organise a campaign, produce election material etc. It's just not really possible now, they have to wait.

I think it's almost impossible for the Tories to remove him right now timing wise. After the (disatrous?) May elections gives them the summer for vying for positions and the election of a new leader with a glorious crowning in conference season
