It's one of those seats that Labour and the Liberals need to have a converation about. Combine their votes and sometimes one of them would win that seat. At the last election in a very high turnout and massive Tory Vote, their combined vote was around 2K short, chuck in the Greens for good measure and you's have been down to the hundreds

Not so sure that's particularly true in Georgia's case I was watching some Sarah Pascoe Travel thing about Georgia the other week, filmed before the current Ukraine situation but she went up to the border of the "disputed" region. Military on one side, but nothing more than Police on the Georgian side. If they had decent military now might be a good time to reclaim they country back

I don't think its likely he'll have enough forces left in the forseeable future to take anywhere else and provide domestic security to his country You'll note he seems to be drafting in more Chechen and now Syrian volunteers too, he's actually running out of front line personel. Yes that does mean Russia is actually using foreign fighters

Actually when this is all over, there needs to be a full investigation of Russian Influnece in UK politics which MI5 and MI6 should be actively encouraged to partticipate in giving evidence (In Camera if neccessary) I know it won't happen But anyway, where's the Russia Report?

Yes, Johnson is compromised by Russia, so is the Tory Party, So is Brexit etc BUTso is the Left. Let's not forget please that The Labour Party very recently had a Executive Director of Communications and Strategy who can be considered to be in the same category I'm posting this not as whataboutery either, it just shows how Putin has manipulated large part of the UK political landscape Our two main parties and a major UK referendum have been compromised by Putin Talk of this nature had been ridiculed at the time. Not just academics, shills and charlatans too Farage, Banks, Galloway, Milne, there's a whole bunch of them on the left and the right that don't even have the right to be called academics or intellectuals. Putin Shills the lot of them and all the people directly connected with them that enabled them. Tory donors doesn't even scratch the surface of the problem. Farage is still being given a platform by (K)GB News, Galloway is still spouting absolute nonsense, Seumas Milne does at least seem to have disappeared up his own arse but they are still out there
