  1. They are but they aren't what they used to be, there seems less flavour these days Anyway for me its all about Twisted Cheetos Flamin Hot these days
  2. How did we ever become obsessed with puting rubbish in bin bags? Why did keeping rubbish in the house in bags become a thing? Why don't we just chuck the rubbiish straight in the bin like our parents did without bags

  4. Soviet era tanks are designed to be learned by conscripts in weeks. Yes I know I know … they won’t be very good but there’ll still be plenty more for the slaughter
  5. It’s just him being a tit to fit in with that narrative
  6. Have you seen the one of him and his hand shaking in a very uncontrolable Parkinsons manner? He appears to be holding the table like that because he needs to stop the involuntary movements
  7. It's all about getting the workshy serfs back to the office nonsense they've been muttering about for ages
  8. Sheeit, well this one has shocked me when I looked it up Poltergeist - Your Mind Is A Box (Let Us Fill It With Wonder) from 2013 Poltergeist were Will Sergeant & Les Pattinson (Bunnymen and former Bunnyman) having a little fun instrumental project but they are no more as shortly after this was recorded Les emigrated to Australia. I did see Will perform this live once with Les' Bass and the drums on tape. It is clearly Les' distinctive bass playing (and obviously Will's guitar). It's a Bunnymen album without vocals (and the ego) Only ever 200 copies released and now fetching silly money on DIscogs. The prices are steadily approaching the £100 mark and there are none currently for sale.
  9. I think the Ukrainian Government confirmed it had happened yesterday
  10. #Worldle #92 1/6 (100%) Yep, the harbour was the giveaway

  13. More on the attack on the command centre from yesterday. 3 more generals out of the game (2 Dead, 1 Severely Wounded) BBC
  14. Opposition CDU party are expected to force a vote on sending heavy miltary aid (Tanks) with junior coalition partners expected to rebel against the Government. Article in the Torygraph today but it's obviously paywalled so not worth posting
  15. Apparently the Governor of the Moscow Oblast's Mansion is on fire
  16. Was the brain in neutral when you thought that?
  17. There's a gig I'd like to go to in that there London next weekend, I was just looking at the finances and I might just be able to do it, I thinks, Impose myself on the daughter for the night She declares she's coming home anyway, so I can stay in the flat as her fella won't be there either and as she' coming home and going back either side of me, the keys thing isn't going to be a problem either Looked at the trains... four and an half hours plus journeys each way with three changes and bus replacement services. Bank Holiday weekend... sod that, I'll keep my money. Rail Sale my arse
  18. I posted this when I bought it afew weeks ago but today it's the wake up album of choice because I just found out that I ws given an aknowledgement in a new book about reggae. The author Stu Borthwick (an old friend) said that at one point when he was writing the book he realised that he hadn't written about On-U Sound, this was a serious ommission and I was a big reason he shifted his focus to include them. Well that's a nice thing to wake up to even if it means I'll have to buy the book now. Anyway On-U Sounds latest Horace Andy - Midnight Rocker. The cover of Massive Attack's Safe From Harm still stands out This is the book
