M&S tried and failed.
Branding isn't an easy thing to win in court
The company I work for has a very strong recognisable brand image in Liverpool
There is a Taxi Company based in Burnley who have taken everything and I mean everything from that, Name of company, font, colour scheme the lot and used it for themselves. It's that much of a pain in the arse that we regularly get complaints about their service because people assume we are essentially the same company, they think we are the parent company. Do we have grounds to take them to court? not treally is the advice we've recieved.
This game idea is definitely growing on me. Maybe each morning, a band name, a song, and an album. Answers in the evening.
It's also impossible to cheat because if you put the same search term in again, the results are entirely different
What to call it?
She's an MP, they are all in the top tax bracket
What would be the point, she's in the top tax bracket
No she didn't expenses are not income, in fact the large part of MPs expenses is her staffs wages, those are other peoples income not hers
I do, it's levels of magnitude higher 84k x 7 is 588k, She's nowhere near 5m even when you add in the publishing income (which is in the register)
Sadly there is a good proportion of the idealists on the left that will never subscribe to this idea, it's been that way since forever and will not change
Bangers and mash should always have gravy IMO so Branston Pickle and Gravy is definitely heading towards deviant behaviour but if there is no gravy its odd but acceptable. Grey Area I suppose
It is though because they are being tried as mercenaries which they aren't. Both were regular soldiers in the Ukraine Army, they are still British Subjects and entitled to the protection that affords
The Geneva Convention has been broken in relation to British subjects. It is our problem
That isn't what happened here both were members of the Ukraine Army, under contract. Aslan had been in the Ukraine Army for over two years, not sure about Pinner
We’ve put our prices up twice since this time last year so it isn’t that bad but what we are seeing is a reasonable number of drivers leaving Uber to join us because Ubers ludicrously stupid dispatch algo isn’t helping them and Uber only put the prices up just before the fuel went up and U er doesn’t give a shit about drivers costs because that has no bearing on their bottom line. What I predict with them is that they will increase prices again but they won’t be passing most of the. Increase on to the drivers because they’ve already stopped showing them the price the passenger pays. The increase will be minimal and the drivers just won’t notice as Uber will just start taking more and more of the fare, then they’ll start dicking about with the surges and eventually the drivers will be on minimum wages with huge outgoings.
