  1. It’s a deranged MP talking for the sake of a domestic audience
  2. He won't and capable is doing a lot in that sentence.
  3. Squid being excellent at Glastonbury on the Park Stage right now.
  4. Yeah couldn't be arsed trying to spell it if I'm honest On Idles, there's lots of bands in a similar vein that I really do like, I don't dislike Idles either but the likes of Parquet Courts, Shame, Snapped Ankles are more my thing
  5. I'm not endorsing them, in fact I'm not really a big fan of their previous material, I only have the dub version of the previous album but I thought last nights set was good and I might investigate the latest album as a result
  6. Well if the overturning of Roe v Wade doesn't make the left turn out nothing will
  7. Just watched the Kruangbin set and thought it was great. A lot more psychedelic than I expected it to be.
  8. He didn’t win the popular vote when he won, what’s your point? That he got more votes than any other loser is merely a product of the high turnout in the election. He didn’t win the popular vote then either So Trump when running for President haas never won the popular Vote
  9. The interesting stuff isn’t at the top of the bill in the main Billy Eilish is clearly talented it’s just not for me. But there’s been some great stuff on already, this is by no means the worst Glastonbury lineup. St Vincent, Wet Leg, Dry Cleaning, Phoebe Bridgers, Jesus and Mary Chain all good for me so far. Right now I'm watching Kruangbin a band I'm a bit 50 / 50 on if I'm honest but they seem to be having a good gig There really is something for everyone, if you don’t like something move onto something else.
  10. Dry Cleaning, great but the vocals could have been higher up in the mix. Not sure the crowd know what to think of them though, they aren't really a festival type of band

    80s Party!

Fat Bob does like to have fun with journalists
  12. Don't get the clamour for Idles, great at getting the crowd going but a few songs aside, not for me From the bits I’ve seen so far St Vincent is the best but I guess that’s because I really like the Daddy's Home album but even then I'm not sure it comes across that well live First Aid Kit were alright Seen one Wet Leg song which was good but not watched the set yet and that’s where I’m up to with Glastonbury so far

    80s Party!

You realise the citation for that non-quote leads to another wiki page? Anyways . Just Heaven. Bobs favourite Cure cover version (and the cover displayed is not the cover of the single)

    80s Party!

You need your ears syringing or something
  15. 2 of them are back in the band
  16. Even Jeremy Hunt is a 24 weeks down to 12 weeks Representative for Wellingborough. The Tory Party have always had a large number of antiabortionists
  17. A few more years of Tories and it'll be the next battle here
  18. So what colour is the collar with the bell on?
  19. Yep, why bother getting married, completely agree
  20. He should have got the Wedding Photographer to sign a contract expressing the ownership of the wedding photos belonged to him as the customer. If he'd done that, he'd have paid a lot more money for the services to have the exclusive right to the images.
  21. You really shouldn't believe the colour blind
  22. The flipside is much darker for democracy Paps are generally scumbags. Celebrities only hate them when they want to. I have sympathy for neither
  23. Yes and this is absolutely correct too. The flipside to it would be that you don't have the right to take photographs in public of the police doing something wrong at protests etc or that newspapers couldn't publish photos of people in the public interest etc
