  1. Not disagreeing with where discovery is
  2. I reckon an airport is the least likely place for a passport to go missing
  3. This opinion sounds so good I seriously hope it kills the Tory Party for good (it won't)
  4. She was talking about her wage decreasing flipping burgers at 3.25 and hour when tax increased. She wasn't taxed earning that low a wage when she claimed it happened. It is demonstrably a lie Fuel duty has no bearing on her low pay in McDonalds, I doubt she could afford a car
  5. My mate had to go to Glasgow to get his. We have a massive passport office in Liverpool
  6. Also Truss will be first after the final MP vote and will win the members vote, it will be claimed that the Party and the Membership are in sync
  7. Anyway, completely changing the subject... Big shout out to the property developer that called his block of flats The Address. You absolute dickhead
  8. It won't get split that way. Truss will get the vast bulk of Badenoch's votes The way Tugendhats votes split was the crucial factor, I'm genuinely surprised that Truss got the largest number
  9. Editor of the Times playing games just like the MPs I concur with @ml1dch Truss vs Sunak is pretty much guaranteed my 5/1 on Truss I got on Sunday afternoon is looking good
  10. There is nothing they do that I've found to be shit, though I still draw the line at frozen pizza Their not frozen pizzas are great but we generally use the pizza base that's just smeared with tomato and top them ourselves with Tuna, Peppers, Olives Cheese etc. I no longer eat toast unless its made with their Pana Pugliese Italian Toasting Bread. We use an awful lot of their products
  11. Her parents were not in the UK, she was sent here to stay with a friend as the political situation in Nigeria had deteriorated. She was born in the UK so was a UK citizen.
  12. Them not wanting Johnson as their leader has absolutely no bearing on them calling a General Election nor should it, we have a parliamentary system and that is a feature of that system The Tories got the most seats in the General Election, that gives them a mandate for up to 5 years. Not one person in this country voted for a Prime Minister
  13. In addition to what Sid said, those passports are current and live AND you can provide the damaged passports and that will eat away a lot of the processing time. if you had lost them, that would have taken much longer
  14. The added bonus for Johnson is that as pointed out above Ellwood is not supporting the obvious Johnson preferred candidate of Truss, so he's also taken away one of Mordor's votes
  15. Why are we assuming the aircon was on inside the car?
  16. There's no forced in that, absolutely nothing was forced on anyone. Johnson didn't have to remove the whip from Elwood, he wanted to in an act of revenge for Elwood's comments about Johnson recently
  17. Agreed, still don't see why it pisses you off though
  18. Absolutely the right thread for that. There's a certain logic to it Drive with the windows down to benefit from the soothing effect of the moving air through the car but when you arrive at the destination you are more acclimatised to the outside temperature and less likely to sweat. Sit in an airconned car, get out into the heat and instantly sweat buckets
