  1. So Andrew Bridgen to be suspended from parliament You could have this take... Or you could be the whole fruit loop
  2. There we have it, Bounty the chocolate choice of Brexity Gammons The 28% were right
  3. Having a daughter that works in advertising, I guarantee you most of the time this is not true. At her previous employer, before she started to work for the ASA, she was forever sending back clients copy for all manner of typos, others in the company weren'y so dilligent and they very often go out unnoticed. What then happens is if someone spots it, the product company's PR Agency take advantage of the gaff. It's generally the staff in the products company's fault but they then blame the advertising agency. At no point does anyone claim the win apart from higher up the food chain in the client company, much later when it's all forgotten. Not saying that is the case with yours but an awful lot of the time, they are just a product of high pressure, low skilled staff and multiple outside agencies working on campaigns.
  4. I hate bounty, I'm more likely to buy celebrations now
  5. Ah but to imptove the product they may still be removing the least popular item and replacing it with something more popular. FTR Bounty's are horrible
  6. The Kherson Regional Assembly building. Russians occupied this 8 months ago. There's no Russian flag, they are gone
  7. The Conversation. The authors of the academic research wrote the article and there are links to the research in the article
  8. It's clearly a colourless tick. Switch to Dark Mode, the surround is white and the tick is black, it therefore changes to your choice of background. It is also the same dark grey as the background in Dim Mode
  9. And shit like this is to blame (which most of us know already)
  10. I actually think that he wants to push the blue ticks beyond celebrity / business. It's stage one in making it a subscription platform. That will gain income and verified data is a much better sale in the targetted advertising market. If he gets traction on people paying for blue ticks, they'll just introduce a different colour tick for celeb / buisness (and a higher fee). Once he gets enough verified users, just watch the block unverified users option appear like magic. The anonymous accounts that are currently applauding him are going to encounter a high degree of cognitive disonance when they have to pay to abuse people / ideas
  11. Oh he went to town on AOC after that tweet, that was just the start of it and was relatively sane in comparison to what followed
  12. Oh the replies on that are hilarious. L'Oreal attacking Free Speech apparently and are now going to be boycotted. Wow that's some mental gymnastics going on there. And it's not just one reply, theres f***tons of them, mentalists
  13. Which also provided us with the intelligence well ahead of the invasion that the invasion would happen. We did very little to discourage Argentina despite this. Make of that what you will.
  14. Ronnie Radford gone aty 79, yes that ronnie radford...
  15. Ruge, mate, that's some serious nonsense I hate to think where you got that idea from Too much Black Sabbath?
  16. The Ukrainian estimated death count of Russians was a massive 800 again yesterday There must be an awful lot of fighting going on where info isn't being released into the public domain yet If its 800 dead, usually a 3 to 1 ratio for wounded but in this war its more likely to be 2 to 1 for the Russians due to them leaving people for dead and lack of first aid etc. but still that's thousands taken out of the war every day this week so far. There really must be heavy fighting going on we aren't currently aware of in Kherson / Svatove / Bakhmut. Those losses are huge
  17. Later in the season they'll make a bid for winning the week They are only interested in winning the week
  18. It's a common misconception that Godwin's Law means you've lost the argument. Just saying. It's perfectly acceptable to say something is like Nazi Germany if it is indeed like Nazi Germany. Godwin's Law is just an observation about the length of discussions on the internet and the likelihood that someone will mention Nazis / Hitler.
