  1. These are two entirely different scenarios Stray missile is 100% Russias fault There is no sorry guv our missiles are a bit shit defence
  2. If it wasn't a missile shot down by Ukraine, then the bit in bold is incorrect. The Black Sea Fleet would have been at the bottom of the sea pretty sharpish. It would have been justified as removing the means of delivery
  3. You can't, it takes a considerable amount of time to learn to fly them and that program hasn't started yet
  4. They fired the missiles beCause it was the G20. Great planing by Putin
  5. I don’t see how there can be no response, I also don’t see how it can be anything other than a military response.
  6. Is Russia about to lose its remaining Black Sea Fleet ships capable of firing Kalibr missiles?
  7. Don't think so this time Kalibers from the Black Sea Fleet and air launched missiles from seven TU-95 that were also in the air, they can be as far away as the Caspian Sea when they launch their missiles This attack was widely predicted and it has nothing to do with the liberation of Kherson, it's because the G20 were meeting today. This is what the Russians do when there's a meeting of World Leaders going on. It's entirely predictable and reprehensible behaviour from Russia and it is very much reminiscent of the way Mafia gangs operate, the correlation is obviously strong there
  8. He prefers The Nightingales to The Fall so much so he made the King Rocker film (at the bands request) Which was also instrumental in the return of King Kong to Brum.
  9. Slight problem with this. Currently there's no way to get HIMARS units across the Dnipro and I think Ukraine maybe wary of pushing them across and getting them potentially captured, So for now, the range is the range. Very telling that they've buggered off after two days though. If Ukraine can get the HIMARS across the Dnipro safely with the ability to retreat then that is the next game changer in that direction I think
  10. There may have been people from Stoke in the audience and they would have thought they were watching a documentary. Maybe
  11. Yep, and no matter how many times this is pointed out, somehow he's still Sunak who delivered on furlough. Takes the glory for something he argued against
  12. International Legionnaire from Columbia tweets. Good news from Oleshky, Kakhavka and Nova Khakovka (The towns on the other side of the dam)
  13. Here’s a drive around Oleshky yesterday, there are literally no Russians present. There is literally no strategic advantage to not defending this. You also have to ask how that vehicle got on that side of the river
  14. But here's the thing that makes no sense. They built a three line defence on the left bank of the Dnipro in anticipation of the retreat. That made perfect sense because you wouldn’t want Ukraine to just be able to cross the river as that would just give them very easy access to Crimea and above everything, Crimea is the most important part of Ukraine for Russia, if they lose Crimea, Putin might as well put a gun to his own head. But they don't really appear to have been defending the Left bank, it’s a really odd thing to do. Build a series of defensive lines and then don't defend them. It’s giving Ukraine access to the pumping stations that push the canal water out to Crimea. It seems like Ukraine were just allowed to walk across the river by the remains of the Antonovsky Bridge (that’s how the Russians got out) into Oleshky, there were no Russians there. The locals were reporting this to the Ukraine Government for a couple of days. I can see the Spit and some of those places being weakly defended but two of these locations are literally straight across the river and one of them is the most obvious place to defend and…. Nothing, nada. It just makes no sense
