Not really, they have to deal with the "Next Day Before 1pm" post first, then deliver the letters. It happened to us this week. What has child social care got to do with the NHS? This is a local council responsibility Sure the NHS does Health Visitors for babies, school nurse teams for those of school age but that is more Sex Ed / promoting healthy lifestyles kind of stuff and then there's vaccination teams. Social care on the other hand is a local authority responsibility
