No it was when she was wearing a ridiculous oversized hat, which we took off her head and all had a go at wearing but telling her what a fantastic hat it was (it wasn't) Wardour St was full of music biz types back then. We'd been down for a meeting and were being entertained by some record company or other on expenses. Yes we were pissed and acting up. As I remember it, I was the sensible one and put a stop to it which was kinda my job

November and December I was doing 800 calories 2 days a week From the first week of January I've been limiting my food intake to 8 hours a day or less (typically 1pm to 8pm) plus doing the 2 days of 800 calories, so combining the two diets. This second part only amounts to skipping breakfast I'm not measuring my weight, that way lies madness for me but my yardstick is my belt. This weekend I put a second new hole in it so measuring from where it started off to where it is now, I've dropped about 6 inches off my waist and all my clothes are now really quite spacious Pleased with how its going
