November and December I was doing 800 calories 2 days a week
From the first week of January I've been limiting my food intake to 8 hours a day or less (typically 1pm to 8pm) plus doing the 2 days of 800 calories, so combining the two diets. This second part only amounts to skipping breakfast
I'm not measuring my weight, that way lies madness for me but my yardstick is my belt. This weekend I put a second new hole in it so measuring from where it started off to where it is now, I've dropped about 6 inches off my waist and all my clothes are now really quite spacious
