Your Uber driver is also your Bolt driver and also the driver for the local cab firm. Various pieces of legislation and court rulings in tandem with a shortage of drivers caused by the pandemic and local authorities refusal / inability to get new drivers on board has turned the Privaste Hire market into the wild west.
