  1. It's not really about my beliefs, it's about looking at the shite he surrounded himself with Ah so he'd not have investigated the likes of his mates Galloway, Williamson (obvs not, they both got paid by Iranian State Media) and Milne? Seems just like the Tories in reverse tbh
  2. Every time he farts, the worst possible eggy sulphuric smell the world's olfactory senses have ever encountered appears to jet stream itself up your nose For most of us, its just a fart, it's not even a Tory fart
  3. Oh I absolutely agree with that
  4. The police knew who did it the next day, when the person who he asked to borrow some clean clothes from informed the police There may have been a reward but it wasn't really neccessary The Police took their time arresting him but they always knew who is was, despite what they were saying publicly
  5. I'm confused, you want a worse Britain? Or is this an objection to the style? It's a bit cringeworthy I must admit but so is Eastenders and millions of people seem to love that bollocks. It's definitely not aimed at me, nor probably you because we both actively have an interest in politics, this is aimed at the vast majority of people that aren't and they respond to soundbites and subtle messaging far more than they engage with shall we say "real politics."
  6. It was ideological, the market will sort the rest out
  7. I seriously hope you did something useful with it like used it as a ball in a park kickabout or maybe took it to a bowling alley...
  8. But eggs benedict is a specific meal on its own (very nice), Ham, poached egg, Hollandaise sauce, served in a lightly toasted english muffin. They served all that instead of a fried egg? it's the best form of American breakfast
  9. I suspect you just met an idiot who works for the council
  10. I think you can probably sling that accusation at both albeit in Corbyn's case, second -hand via Milne
  11. It would be incredibly hard to prove price fixing across almost the entire sector, I also doubt it's true. What seems to be happening is the supermarkets have made a decision not to sell petrol on the cheap any more, the chain forecourts are then setting their prices higher than the supermarkets (because that is how they always worked) and the further away from the supermarket the higher the price. The supermarkets in turn are basing their price on what the local forecourts are charging. So the old Tory adage of the market sorts out the price is utter nonsense and the prices stay where they are whilst the cost per litre to ourchase keeps going down. It'll only change when someone breaks the pattern and heavily discounts to gain an advantage. What the country need right now is a 1000 of those Go garages I spotted the other day, sadly there is only one
  12. How strange, we went the other way, we used to have the stupid blue bag and a crate for the rest, then it flipped to everything in the new larger wheelie bin There is definitely a point to separating at our household recycling centre in fact the men who work there are quite militant about it, different companies come to take away the various big skips, so a scrap metal company takes the metal, Oil salvage take the oil etc There's only certain sites that will take paint. Tellys and computers in another but small electrical itens in another. It really is well organised
  13. For once, I am not guilty
  14. That Go Petrol station I was talking about seems to be the only one I can find on this side of the Irish Sea, they are a Northern Ireland chain. The fuel is cheaper than COstco
  15. Oh Petrol too, that was £1.35.9 iirc
  16. Most definitely a thing, most definitely a thing to eat with a cup of tea and your mother always makes the best ones
  17. For funky early 80s post-punk its hard to beat Maximum Joy. Offshoot of Pop Group / Glaxo Babies from Bristol
  18. I know I posted this the other week but it's genius
