Contemplating going to the Oh Sees next week.which will be the end of a mini dry period for me. Last gig was the currently fêted The Dream Machine some months ago.
Having to move house threw a few spanner’s in the works
So its the Harvester / Toby Carvery of the shit things to do with chicken world.
I wouldn't eat in them either
I'd much rather eat in Mowgli for a couple of quid a head more
I'm sort of going Fever Ray topping the bill? Really?
It's a nice line-up though, definitely a nice chunk of my recent record collection there
But Sparks on the second line is a crime as is Leftfield on the third
Fever Ray isn't top billing and I say that as someone who likes her
It seems the law changed around 2019 from what I can see but I can't find out which Act of Parliament changed it. They certainly didn't broadcast it very well
Hmmm, that's peaked my curiosity, when did the law change (or has it?) What I'm claiming definitely was the case only a few years ago.... time to investigate
I always put it down to huge swathes of the population not knowing what good food actually is, because they eat shite at home too. It always astonishes me what quite a large proportion of people put in their supermarket trolleys. Huge amounts of junk
Never been, never intend to. Took one look at the menu when it first appeared and.... chicken in a sauce is something we can and regularly do cook at home
Same with burgers, never eat them out, just do them at home, they way we like them
If I go out for food, I want it to be something I can't do at home, same reason I rarely go to Italian restaurants
But if the warehouse is being used then it isn't. But I still don’t see why it pisses you off. It’s not your land, it’s not where you work, you have no stake in it. Why does it matter to you.?
