  1. Steve the Boot Boy Baker appears to have decide Braverman's grooming gang rhetoric is too much for even him Keep up the good fight
  2. It won't last long, it's only 16 mins I'm onto this one now, which is much longer at 75min plus
  3. Nope, though she insists she'll be leaving before the next election. She needs her cheap gin allowance and she won't resign until she gets it
  4. I bought a BBC Radiophonic Workshop CD box set a while back, not sure I've played all of it, so it't time to remedy that The box set is called 4 albums (1968 - 1978) though paradoxically contains 6 CDs and 6 albums Just looked up the prices this set goes for and I definitely didn't pay anywhere near that much for it I'm specifically playing this one as it was at the bottom and therefore definitely unplayed previously
  5. Currently have this on Before that it was this... Love a good WInstnley / Wiggs compilation album Both cover similar periods (very late 70s / early 80s) the top one focuses on the electronic / synth strand of the alternative scene following on from punk, the later is more an obscurist's experimental angular post-punk dream Both are excellent Though the record player is now buzzing its tits off so needs a rest
  6. Torygraph I'm still of the opinion that this change in voting patterns cannot swing back to the Tories for at least a decade and possibly a lot lot longer I'm not a big fan of governments of any flavour with massive majorities, it just makes me want PR more and more
  7. You don't have to know people on FB either, it depends on how you have it set up
  8. Yes, because his assets have been seized. Farage has not had his assets seized. He still has access to his money, its a totally different thing
  9. Wordle 743 4/6 Thought that was quite the head scratcher
  10. I’ve got access to at least 4 Twitter accounts not hit the limit on a single account yet
  11. Strangely therapeutic and addictive. Once you triangle you won't stop (I'm still working on that as a slogan)
  12. In Neal's case, he didn’t even need to read it, he pretty much did exactly what Alistair Campbell did and got expelled for. An awful lot of the people complaining about a witch hunt now were rather happy when Campbell broke the same rule and was expelled Also quite amusing that John Cruddas is a member of Labour Friends of Israel given that a certain faction have jumped on his bandwagon here The talk of pluralism is as I've already said, utter nonsense in terms of the party's rule book, the pluralism of the Labour Party was internal not external. Also the rule about not supporting other parties has been in the rule book for a very very long time, maybe even since day one, when you know, Labour was, were told, very much more left wing. And I'm saying this as someone who wants people like Neal in the Labour Party because he's a supporter of PR and I won’t vote Labour until they are but he still clearly broke the Labour Party's rules.
  13. Tate had his assets seized by the authorities. Totally different thing
  14. It if you read all the replies or some of them at least. Don’t know how he’s counting the 600
  15. Well yes, if this temporary situation becomes more permanent, definitely. I think he's trying to drive people to get verified. I think he'll by and large fail, people will be more likely to drift away once they keep reaching their limit
  16. Not that this answers your question but volcanoes are named after the island of Vulcano off Sicily (yes it’s a volcano) and Vulcano got it’s name because them Romans (what did they ever do for us) thought the island was the chimney of Vulcan's forge. Vulcan being the Roman God of fire who was often depicted as a blacksmith. The Greeks had a similar theory about it being a forge of the Gods too but it was the Roman name that stuck I have a photo of it, I think it may be this one. By far the least impressive volcano in that group of islands
  17. User inertia, a new microblogging site needs to have some USPs for people to move.
  18. They are apparently limiting the amount of posts you can see a day depending on your account status So he wants less people to be driven to the site and for those people to read less Yep that¡ll bring in more Ad revenue
  19. It’s the law, it'll come after a 2-1 away defeat to Man Citeh when we missed two penalties
  20. Also, not everyone has a shed to store empty crisp packets
  21. yep, very knobby. He does, however, have a good knowledge and decent taste If he wants first pressings only, he's a knob
  22. It takes up less space because its neat, compact and not full of air EDIT: Also, they don't fly off in the wind if you're in a pub beer garden for example
  23. Not sure why that is confusing
