One hell of a life (not all good - the Gainsbourg relationship must have been difficult) but also hugely influential on that Gainsbourg sound and that’s on top of her own achievements in cinema and singing

I respectfully disagree, Spoty is far from perfect but as a discovery tool it's the best. I only use it on the move and the algorithms for new music are better than all the rest

Not listening to just yet but when I get home my takeaway tea will be soundtracked by… African Head Charge (Niyabinghi drumming On-U style - first studio album in decades), PJ Harvey’s new one and the slightly speculative purchase, an album by Hawksmoor, another Soul Jazz Records new artist only slightly because he used to be on Castles in Space.

Well no not quite, the inappropriate behaviour with a minor only became inappropriate in retrospect when the minor was older as far as we know. Sure it’s possible it was inappropriate early but that isn’t a fact
