Yep, definitely a band I don't get the adoration for. I tend to understand why styles/bands are popular and can often tell the difference between good/average/awful within tight genres even if they aren't for me but I don't get it with Metallica at all. To my ears, they'd be in the awful for the genre category but their fans think the opposite by the many millions

There's a chicken take away by ours that is called Just Wings. Baffles the f*** out of me and they do other stuff too but it's an instant, nah. why would you be arsed eatings wings? If we roast a chicken for tea I strip the meat off the legs and wings to make soup with but as if I can be arsed actually eating them as an item, way too messy.

A lot of the missile attacks with Kaliber missiles would have been coordinated from there. Something that isn’t as widely reported is that the Ukrainians completely took out the location of the backup fleet HQ a few days earlier. So not only will they have lost a good number of HQ staff they’ve lost their contingency HQ too its not easy to recover from that

Decent haul for the first time in a few weeks, 78 points, it’s the third highest score in my ML, I dropped a place. I went from 14th to 15th, still trying work out how that is possible. Just strange… Henry to Botman was certainly worthwhile and my additions of Son and Maddison over the last few weeks is also now paying dividends. I benched my other recent addition of Udogie which was also a good move. My only f*** up was benching Diaby for J Pedro but just a 2 point loss there

Seeing Laurie Anderson reminds me of that awful New Music Fix show, they actually had something quite stunning on this week Someone I’ve never heard of… Bex Burch in session (on the 19th), she’s some kind of xylophone nut, she makes them as well as plays them, anywhoooo….
