  1. It also says a lot about who Sunak feels he can trust that isn’t a threat to him. Given that Sunak and Cameron are from different factions of the party and Cameron is still a remainer and has very recently publicly criticised Sunak (Over scrapping HS2 was the last time I recall), that Sunak has gone with Cameron says a whole lot more.
  2. I agree with the rest of your post but I'm not sure why this is awkward? There is precedent for former PMs to later serve in cabinet
  3. Yep and that will mean someone else (who is an MP) will have to stand in for him for questions / statements.
  4. Cameron is not an MP, he can't be leader of the Tory Party and not be an MP, it just isn't practical apart from anything else. As a Lord (I presume that is coming) he won't even be allowed inside the commons chamber
  5. Braverman, will have more to say in due course apparently...
  6. It is, however, a sign of complete desperation. There has been, for some good time, a talent deficit at the heart of the Tory Party. Not only that but Sunak doesn't know who he can trust. That he has had to turn to a former PM who isn't elected to be Foreign Secretary says a lot, it will also say a lot to Tory MPs of which there are many, that would have supported Sunak but now might think why bother if a position can go to the likes of Cameron.
  7. well we're getting somewhere at least, you're now admitting you can't prove your claim. Talking of John McDonnell, that you trust… Or maybe you're more of. Jon Lansman fan (brought up in an Orthodox Jewish family)… All quotes in the same HuffPost article
  8. Yes but we allow idiots to buy incendiary weapons and to celebrate the defeat of a Catholic plot centuries ago Bonfire night belongs in the same box as Orange Lodge marches but at least the marches get policed.
  9. Thank f*** Maddison got injured If he was fit I'd have got rid of JWP and wouldn't have Bowen either 80 points so far with a non-captain Haaland to play. Fortunately all the people who captained Haaland in our ML are all at the bottom Edit: so ended on a very pleasing 97
  10. Yes I know because bellends use taxis drivers for target practice in firework season.
  11. Did firework week start on 15th October and hasn't ended yet?
  12. Fairly balanced article in Time that discusses the differences between Hamas and ISIS. More on the link….
  13. You know perfectly well what it stands for both in name and policies. You also know it is a VERY small faction of the Labour Party and even a very small percentage of members of the Labour Party that identify as being Jewish. I don’t care that you trust McDonnell, I trust facts, you've presented none that are relevant to your claim. Facts, numbers, percentages not hearsay.
  14. Any actual evidence other than John McDonnell says so? JVL is a very small minority of members of the Labour Party that identify as Jewish, the very article you’ve just quoted and linked to even tells you that You'll also notice McDonnell claims it’s a disproportionate amount of JVL members but even he doesn’t claim what you are claiming “a disproportionate amount of Jews”. Its like you aren’t able to get past your own pre-conceptions
  15. AS posts and the replies have been moved here from the Israel, Palestine and Iran topic.
  16. Why would you expect that I know the answer?
  17. Are they spokespeople for “British Jews?”
  18. Keep going, you're just embarrassing yourself at this stage.
  19. He has a bit of history for walking into protests. hence the suspicion of his motives.
  20. Yes. There is no recognisable single group of “British Jews”. You've invented it to peddle your hate.
