Two people own 52% of ENIC, the other 48% is owned by other smaller shareholders - Ian its a consortium whether you agree or not Sugar is irrelevant as he owns shares in Spurs not ENIC And as I said I agree with your substantive point - much prefer a single owner despite Ellis - the positives outweight the negatives imo as long as its the RIGHT single owner in the first place

Wassat got to do with the price of fish ENIC only owns approx 30% of Spurs but, ENIC is essentially an investment company with individual shareholders within ENIC. Ellis & Petchey have never formally and legally been together as shareholders of a separate investment company that in turn effectively controls AVFCPLC

This has to be the biggest landslide poll I've ever seen on here, most votes and virtually all for the same option. I've gone for Lerner purely because of a) the way he's gone about his business and what the Browns fans have said about his style of ownership If there was a poll for least favoured bid, it would have to be that of the "Lifelong Villa Fan's"

I thought HDE had 38% and Petchey 20%? Hardly the vast majority. When you factor in that at least 10% of the shareholding is deemed to be "missing", it is quite a lot tbh
