  1. They haven't and they are correct. Bruce Springsteen did it, Taylor Swift didn't If anyone honestly believes that the Gallaghers have had a sit down and discussed pricing strategy for these gigs, they are deluded. Taylor Swift famously micromanages every detail of her events. The Gallaghers are more likely to have listened to management who advised via solicitors and accountants and its highly liely they didn't even consider the question
  2. I thought I read European and US dates to follow
  3. Actually the promoter isn’t alive Nation it’s none other than pizzaface normally known as Simon James Moran or SJM The only person I’ve almost puked on from 2 floors up at 4am when he sacked me (for being ill when he came to pick me up )
  4. I was never getting rid, I just thought Fulham’s was the better fixture, next step is to probably get rid of one of my Fulham players
  5. I had Eze on the bench or it would have been higher In other news I probably have GK options for a few weeks as I have Fabianski on bench and Areola went off
  6. There'll be no dates at all by the day after Boxing Day
  7. Promoters don’t tend to put heir name on advertising any more so it was hard to work out who was promoting the Oasis shows. It’s the utter bastards that are Live Nation. Sooooo… have a guess who owns Ticketmaster? Yep, Live Nation. So Ticketmaster line of it’s the promoters and the band that set the ticket pricing… rings somewhat hollow.
  8. Owning Haaland, Salah and TAA has paid dividends this week 78 points on what I think looks like a lower scoring week
  9. They are playing at Rough Trade in Liverpool this week. Plus album signing. If it was anywhere else I’d have been tempted at £14 But RT can feck off I'll wait until next time
  10. I thought this was a joke but no apparently it did happen. He has about the same singing talent as me.
  11. Yep, highly productive not only that, always seem to be gigging too. Proper Mark E Smith work ethic
  12. Except they’ve announced today that there are no more dates
  13. And given the amount of sessions they’ve had on the radio, you have to imagine that they already have the basis for the next album too.

    Elon Musk

Most of his wealth is Tesla though and there’s a big push against that too and that cyber truck is lethal and could cost the company in a very big way.

    Elon Musk

Depends. Corporate can move slow and is reactive rather than proactive. Lots of other factors too like demographics etc. A lot of the big players already removed themselves hence Musk’s threat to sue lolz
  16. Is it because he rules are substantially different? Swimming is still just a race with different entry qualifications whereas taekwondo might have modified rules?
  17. Not quite the truth either. Of course it’s to do with them, it’s their software that runs the model. Ticketmaster will offer the option of dynamic or fixed, they¡ll heavily favour dynamic because they make more money (so will the band). In reality, what will happen here is he money men will sit down and crunch the numbers and will then report back to management on the potential profits. Management will always pick the most profitable unless told otherwise. The band are likely to be told something along 5e lines of… gigs are sorted, we expect to make £xmil etc, unless the band are really switched on they won’t question it and just leave it to management. I'm not imagining Noel and Liam's relationship being at the stage where they sit down and agree a joint strategy over ticketing. This week there will be a conversation between management and band that explains this to them. And at the end of the day there’s now eff all the band can do about it so they might as well suck it up and enjoy the extra cash when it comes in.
  18. The band / promoter set the ticketing price structure not Ticketmaster. Ticketmaster give them the options if fixed or dynamic. Band chose to max profit with dynamic pricing.
  19. Shhh! in a few minutes they cant undo it and I want those 3 points
  20. one belly flop in that pool and it'll be drained
  21. The Penkiln Burn Players Voices from the Galloverse Some traditional choral group from Galloway What??? Why do I have this? Well they’re cover versions of Eric’s period Liverpool bands like the Bunnymen, Teardrops, Wild Swans et al. Pictures On My Wall, Revolutionary Spirit, Poppies in the Field, Zombo…. Then I’ll tell you the “Producer at Large” is Bill Drummond. Then there the usual Bill Drummond tricks of only sell it to people you know, no putting it on the inter webs etc (already on Discogs ). E free my limited, best customers only I will say this though, it is brilliant! EDIT: If you can imagine a choir of Ivor Cutler's (male and female) then that is where this is at
  22. US rapper Fatman Scoop dies on stage. (53)
  23. I used both my transfers and put Eze on the bench (he dropped price overnight too) Nkunku to Smith Rowe Isak to Ollie Im playing three Fulham players
  24. Got Bicks plus ten on the guest list
