How can you be so sure? Id be happy to be proven wrong as I think we've lacked anyone to bully opponents up front since Carew left - although im not sure how it would work with bent. But my doubt lies with the fact that I feel Carroll would feel it is a massive step down from a £35m price tag, from challenging for europe etc. I could see him back at Newcastle as he's a local lad but I don't think we'd appeal to him too much as I fell we need to shake off our 'unattractive' tag that has hung over us since Houiller and AM took charge.

I honestly don't think there is such thing as an easy bunch of fixture for us - only teams like Man City, Man Utd etc can have the view that certain teams are "easy" to play against.

Having had season tickets in both the Holte and NS Lower I can firmly say that the latter is by far more enjoyable for myself - its like being at an away game, non stop singing, stood up all game, banter with away fans. Can barely hear the Holte and there's 13k fans there, compared to 3k in the NS Lower - so its not fair to say you cant hear the fans there. I dont like sitting in certain parts of the Holte anymore, its either full of 16 year old dicks or moaning people who, at times make the most ridiculous comments.

Great move - attention to detail and his words give me hope that we could start to make VP a difficult place for opposing teams to visit. The big question is: will PL be kitting himself out in a suit or traditional trackie??

What does this even mean? Why do we have to forever have this counter-attacking tag? We all know it has severe limitations. I for one am tired of it and would love to see passing football down VP. Yeah don't get me wrong, I would love to see lovely Passing football.. And if Lambert can get us playing that, then great lol.. But Passing Possession football also has its limitations, just ask Barca when they played chelsea , So yeah don't get me wrong, I would love to see Villa playing Beautiful Passing fluid football, and if lambert can bring that, I won't complain....But I would be more than Happy to get rid of the Counter Attacking Tag...But possession and passing also has its limitations. What ever Lambert brings to Villa will be an improvement on the Defensive shitty tactics of the Last manager.. I never said I wanted us to go to extremes and be like Barcelona, I just want us to get rid of this counter-attacking tag. It has far more limitations than possession football. All the top teams use the ball. We never do. I'd just be happy to have a manager who actually tries to win every game, home or away.

Watched the youtube video last night after seeing you guys talk about it on here - what a fantastic documentary and what a top drawer guy Ole came across as. He is a winner and has the right attitude and determination to succeed. I would be excited with either Lambert of Solskjaer in charge of my club - it was so refreshing to see how Ole goes about his job, he has massive respect from all around him and I genuinely believe he would bring excitement, respect, belief and positivity to our club once again.
