Good results from the next two matches is vital, because after that we have:
Liverpool
Arsenal
Chelsea
Manchester City
Everton
Pretty gruesome looking list of fixtures, we'll do well to get 3 points out of those.
Trout is the better player. Puig is arguably more exciting to watch, but Trout is a total beast. And to think he was compared to Bryce Harper when they first broke onto the scene
Yeah, when I tried mushrooms, I remember we were listening to Bob Marley. Up until that day, I never really paid much attention to his music. He was the "Buffalo Soldier" guy, I didn't like him or not like him, if you get my meaning. But my friend had this record playing and it wasn't one of his "Legend" hits, it was "War". I was amazed at how hard the sound was, how pure the music was.
I never tried LSD. Always scared the hell out of me. The fact that it's called "Acid" didn't do much for me either.
I tried mushrooms when I was 17. We had a great time until one of my buddies started having a bad time. It ended up putting a negative tinge on the whole experience. Never tried them again.
I remember as a little kid down the park, older kids would try to sell me mescaline, lol. Imagine a 7 year old kid taking mescaline...
Actually "Villa confirms" is correct - although I must admit it sounds slightly odd. The logic is that Villa and businesses in general are singular i.e. there is only one Aston Villa rather than multiple of them. On that basis "it (i.e. Villa) confirms" is correct - the alternative would be "They (Villa) confirm" which is wrong because "they" means multiple of them - as we know there is only ONE VILLA! Sorry to sound pious but I know this because years ago my old boss corrected a document I'd written and used "They" instead of "It" when referring to a specific company.
Another example of incorrect use might be "BCFC are shit" when correctly it should read "BCFC is shit".
There is a difference between British english and US english on this.
The Americans refer to teams as a plural but in the UK a team is a singular.
I love the Miami Heats!
He is, but I can't see any Premier League or Championship clubs hiring him after this. He's toxic right now for any club to take on. It'd be a PR nightmare. If he wants a decent job, he'll have to disappear for a year or two in the lower leagues.
