Yesterday I saw the aftermath of a car accident...they clipped a utility pole, flipped over and landed 20 yards into the tree line. Both passengers died

If IS attacks Russia, it will be a small act by a small group or single person already living there and claiming allegiance to IS. The idea that they would send an invading ground force into Russia is laughable.

Isn't Waits' version the original though? I thought he wrote it? Or do you mean original, as in the first one on the show? Yeah, The Blind Boys of Alabama's version. Much better, IMO, even though I do like Tom Waits' music in general.

I agree with whoever hated the Tom Waits version of The Wire theme song. My one gripe with the show is that they didn't stick with the original tune, it was by far the best of the lot.

The problem with ISIS is that they are headquartered and embedded in Raqqa and other smaller cities, ironically being protected by innocent civilians from any possible air strikes...how do you flush them out? The only way to attack them is when they are away from population centers, which they can scurry back into when they need to. It's a bit of a quandary.

I'm sure NATO and Israel are monitoring everything going on at that airport, and if any aircraft looks like it's gone rogue, jets will be scrambled and the thing will be shot down. 9/11 worked cuz the dudes were in the country already and seated as passengers on unsuspicious airplanes....to state the obvious...
