Disgusted with all of it. Mason head butted Benteke before Christian did anything wrong, so Mason should've been sent off too. Amazing that out of that whole rumble by the touchline only one booking came out of it. And that turned the match on it's head. Gabby should be flogged for letting Chadli walk in behind him. And then a fluke winner. Just another day in the life of Aston Villa. 6 straight losses, no hope, no luck, even the referees are against us. Truly sickening.

Chivas USA was a bad idea to begin with. Mexican Chivas probably have a million fans in the United States who were not going to watch an inferior version of their club. Plus that ugly purging of non-Mexicans from the club was a disgrace. They won't be missed.

Not a stat, but an interesting bit of info- Celta Vigo was the result of a merger between 5 clubs in Galicia who felt the only way to compete with the big boys was to dissolve their clubs, but keep their best players and merge in to a Galician "super club".

That's not necessarily a good thing for a perspective new manager. I'd rather someone lead the team with his mind and not his heart; an astute tactician who isn't bound by an association with the club from years past.
